I recently purchased my new Sanctuary C sauna from Julie at the Burlington location and couldn't be more happy. I compared many different brands and models before making a purchase. Although at the top end of my sauna budget, research kept pointing me to Clearlight brand saunas. I sat in several different brands but nothing felt as well constructed as the Clearlight line. I talked to Julie who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the product. She did not rush or pressure me and I took a few days to think it over. My wife and I called Julie who set up a sweat test, and let me tell you.... What an experience! I felt incredible the rest of the day and had more energy the following few days. The lifetime warranty, professional electrician install, and white glove delivery with set up seperated the Wellness Shop from the competition and solidified my business. All third party vendors (electrician and sauna installers) were professional and fantastic. My sauna is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with our purchase. Thank you Julie and the Wellness Shop in Burlington.

I bought the j485 and it Looked great at first, had issues from day one which were slowly resolved, but as the issues were resolved more kept coming. I gave them an initial 5 star review because they were working with me to fix the initial issues (and there were a lot), but I have had the tub 3 years now and the lights have needed replacing 4 times already and they no longer will do any warranty work. I also needed to pay to remove the gazebo for them to do past work even though the gazebo was purchased through them specifically for the hot tub to go in. Jacuzzi used to be the gold standard of hot tubs, but apparently the quality has gone down drastically. Avoid at all costs.

We had a fantastic experience with Wellness Shop! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and Mandi was especially helpful — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Our hot tub is absolutely beautiful, easy to use, and has exceeded our expectations. Delivery was on time and completely hassle free. We also really appreciated that they matched competitor pricing, and the little extras like the towels and robes are such a nice touch. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Wellness Shop!

I would highly recommend Matt at the Burlington showroom. From first contacting Matt in the morning, we had the sale wrapped up delivery scheduled by the end of the day. I bought a 3yr old used Jacuzzi hot tub and every was in perfect condition. Delivery and set up went perfect and the whole transaction was seamless. The Wellness Shop were super professional and very responsive. I added the sale of the heavy duty cover lifter and I would highly recommend this when lifting the cover with snow and ice.

Wow. For a first time hot tub buyer - was I ever lucky to walk in and meet Matt at The Wellness Shop in Burlington. He made great recommendations, answered all of my questions in person, on the phone and on text (even late nights and early mornings). The most amazing thing was when construction time came he even went above and beyond to help my contractor do things right. I couldn’t recommend them (and Matt) more. Thanks so much.
