Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Hamilton

Duane has yet to respond to my second email about the leak underneath the unit. Make sure to ask about the warranty because they DID NOT explain it to me correctly. Let's start from the beginning. It was installed March 3rd. So, all of this has been within 9 months. Firstly, the filter housing cracked within 8 weeks of owning the unit. I just put up with it leaking because it's in my garage. If I had not used it due to this leak, it would've been down after the first 8 weeks. Initially, the wrong housing unit was sent. When the housing was finally replaced, I filled it up, turned it on, and a little piece broke off when the water pressure turned on which resulted in it leaking once again. This leak has resulted in it still being down because the leak is too much. Since my model is a little older, the new housing unit is different and didn’t line up with the heater. I had to reach back out to Plunge for them to send me this piece in order to finish the connection. Secondly, the Inkbird failed. It was reading significantly higher than the actual temp of the plunge. This has now been replaced twice, and I still have to bypass the Inkbird because it still isn't reading properly. I don't see how I'll ever be able to use the Inkbird since 3 now don't read properly. Thirdly, the compressor started freezing. I purchased a pool thermometer for inside the plunge to have a 3rd reading. This one is actually the most accurate compared to the Inkbird, and compressor. Every few days I'd need to turn it off and let it thaw. I can't believe this is a problem at all for such an expensive unit. Now, underneath the unit is leaking, somewhere which I can't find. Plunge has now instructed me to drain the unit, and put it up on blocks to find the leak. Can't believe it. With this unit costing $10,000 and praised for being the best in the market, it's nowhere close. I'd also have to say that your team pretty much just dropped it off, plugged it in and left, but I already provided this feedback to you. No explanations of how to use the unit were given. I learned more from Jamie coming to fix it then your install team.
Our experience was nothing less than professional. Our Wellness expert Julie P ( Burlington location) was so helpful from the moment we walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable and attentive without pushing to close the sale. Even after our purchase she answered all our questions in regards to water chemistry, electrical, aftermarket products etc. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I highly recommend utilizing her if you’re in the market for a hot tub. Now, for the hot tub itself the J335. This tub addresses all our needs from head to toe. Multiple massaging jets that work all the spots, good lighting and true hydro therapy. The cost comparison maybe a little higher vs other spa manufacturers however, the quality of the product and the excellent customer service you receive is well worth the difference. I will choose the Wellness Shop and Jacuzzi brand again.
I was having a FL2 error code, I searched You Tube videos on how to repair the problem, but they all talked about a flow valve, so I ordered one off Amazon. Opened cabinet of hot tub, and could not find this valve anywhere. Contacted Jacuzzi service, spoke with Amanda expressing my problem, right away she took ownership of my concerns and had Julio a Tech form Jacuzzi contact me as promised, explained to him my problem . He had me check a few things and it was determined that I didn't have a flow valve , but a pressure switch . Within 2 days of this discussion with Julio and Amanda my hot tub was up and running again. My hockey boys were thrilled to be able to relax in the hot tub listening to their music. A huge shout out Amanda and Julio from The Wellness Shop. Happy Thanksgiving all.
This review has been long overdue. I purchased a 14’ swimlife swim spa in June of this year. Though there were minor issues along the way, the team at the Jacuzzi Ontario went above and beyond to rectify all the issues. Ken was super helpful and knowledgeable, his advice prompted me to purchase my swim spa. Greg was also super friendly and understanding when I informed him of the minor issues that I had, he went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed immediately. My experience with sales, service and technicians has been pleasant and I’m loving every moment spent in my spa thus far. If you’re ever in the market for a hot tub or a swim spa, give jacuzzi Ontario a call.
We experienced an issue with our jacuzzi hot tub and reached out to the Wellness shop. They immediately responded back to us and noted that our tub had not been working, and we needed prompt service. They sent a tech within a day. We had Julio and he was super knowledgeable. He explained a few things to us that we didn't know, and we have been hot tub owners for 20 plus years. He quickly was able to resolve the issue and get our jacuzzi back to full strength. We are appreciative of the swift response, the efficient and knowledgeable work that was provided as well as the fair price that was charged. Would highly recommend using The Wellness shop.
