Having your own sauna space creates an outstanding atmosphere where you can truly unwind without any discomfort. The sauna itself is modern, impeccably clean, and always preheated to a 80°C. Plus, you have the flexibility to adjust the temperature to your liking. They even provide a convenient shower for cooling down between sessions. I love the sauna's thoughtful inclusion of a sand 15-minute timer! It's a fantastic feature that helps prevent overheating and ensures a safe and enjoyable experience. Such attention to detail really enhances the overall relaxation and comfort during each session. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed instructions and safety tips for using the sauna. I recommend bringing along mineral water with Na for hydration, about 1.5 liters per person for a 90-minute visit. And don't forget to cover your head with a towel to avoid any risk of heat stroke if you prefer higher temperatures. Not only does the sauna relax your muscles and alleviate soreness, but it also does wonders for your skin, leaving it feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. And the health benefits are undeniable, from improved circulation to a boosted immune system. Overall, my visit was a breeze from start to finish: easy booking, convenient location, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Absolutely authentic and delightful steam sauna experience, gets extremely hot and the wood keeps the heat and steam in well. You get a lovely private room with shower, tea kettle, fridge, fan, table w/ stools, and wre offered water in case you come without. They heat up the sauna in advance for you so you truly get an hour and a half to go in and out and have time to shower to refresh! Remember your own towls and slippers of course, wnd definitely don't forget to drink plenty of water as I brought a 40oz bottle. The receptionist is the most lovely floofers and would 10/10 give the good boy some pets!

Andre is an amazing RMT. I went in with a lot of pain on my shoulders and neck. I could barely turn my head. Andre made me feel so much better and put me on a scheduled therapy which has helped me stay pain free. He is very experienced. The environment is so relaxed and clean. Overall a great experience. A wonderful sauna — or rather its Slavic version, the banya. Cozy, hot, with an excellent host, Andrey, who can give you the best massage in Windsor. I regularly relax here, both body and soul, and highly recommend it to everyone.
