I will never go back to wink, I got my nails done for my wedding (wasn't my first time there I have gone many times before). it was just me getting my nails done at the time, there was me and 3 wink employees in the room and we were all chatting. The talk of the wedding came up and my age was mentioned and chelsea the manger there kicks one of the staff members under the table and started whispering about me and my age to one of the employee the entire room changed. I felt so disrespected and was so unbelievably upset I wanted to leave and I would have if it wasnt for my wedding being 3 days later... Its extremely unprofessional and childish. (This happened in June) My nail tech Natalie tho is the absolute best!! My nails are always amazing every time I went to her! Highly recommend!

I went in for the "Day-Cation" package and this was my first experience at this spa. The location was clean, well organized and had friendly professionals with quality service and products. The massage was a very standard relaxation session. No deep tissue or targeting problem areas which I found was normal for most massages. The facial was just as relaxing and my skin felt great after! Unfortunately, I did not receive the complimentary sample of facial products that they have advertised with this package on their website. I bought the same package for my mother in law and same thing, no facial kit to take home. Overall decent experience with services, but would've liked to receive all the perks to the package considering the price.

I used to go here quite often when I lived in Truro (I grew up there and still go home often). I often went for massages. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and lack of transparency. They actually blocked me on fb for commenting looking for accountability and transparency with their recent issues with staff.. I guess I won’t ever go back bc what kind of customer service are they providing if they block clients??

Had such an amazing experience for my first time at wink day spa. Completely out of my element, everyone so kind and welcoming. Amy did my nails ( something I rarely ever do) she was amazing and I felt So comfortable! Highly recommend and I most definitely will be back!

Five stars for Jalpa! This is my second face threading session with Jalpa. Like most beauty treatments, this one is not without it's "no pain, no gain" moments, but Jalpa is meticulous, detail oriented and a master at her craft. I will see her in another 4 weeks!
