Wódr Thermal Spa

This was by far one of my favourite spa experiences! I booked the Wodr Thermal Spa for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday as a special activity, and it absolutely blew us away. The space was peaceful, relaxing, and spotlessly clean. The cedar aroma throughout the spa was incredible, and the dry sauna quickly became one of my favourite parts. Inside, the mix of salt stone and cedar created the ultimate spa atmosphere. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like the water and tea set aside on the counter for breaks between the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. Danae and the team were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Upon arrival, they walked us through everything we needed to know, and when we left, we were surprised with the sweetest gesture, a handwritten card, balloon, cupcake, and chocolates to celebrate his birthday. It was such a thoughtful and heart-warming personalized touch that made the experience even more special. Dare I say… it was even better than the Whistler Scandinave Spa! I can’t recommend this place enough—it truly exceeded all expectations.
It was an absolutely wonderful experience. It has heated floors. Nice peppermint tea at least that’s what I think the tea is. I may be wrong, but it tasted very refreshing. A wonderfully hot dry sauna a nice cold plunge and a really nice hot tub. Add on the rain shower and it truly is just such a wonderful experience feeling like you’re connected with nature with nice calming music going on in the background. me and my partner went on a three year anniversary and they left an adorable little note with a treat for when we left, which were so grateful for it was very private, but it was nice having someone meet us there and tell us what we needed to know it was peaceful, tranquil, and all around just a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back again thank you guys for making our anniversary so special. Also, just a quick add, their prices are very fair.
I had the pleasure of visiting Wodr on my Birthday this month. My experience at the spa with my partner was nothing short of amazing. The space includes an open ceiling allowing the air to provide a cool and natural breeze throughout the experience. This complements the natural wood and green spaces seen along the area, fostering a unique experience that connects guests to nature. Additionally, the service was incredible. Interactions with the staff were limited to emphasize the privateness of the experience, however as a birthday treat, we were left some cupcakes and a handwritten card outside of our room once our session was over. This place is a hidden gem just outside busy Metro Vancouver. I hope to be back soon.
Highly recommend. Went here this weekend with my husband and we were blown away. So clean, peaceful and beautiful. Very thoughtful touches like the robes, tea and natural body products, blow dryer, etc. We did 2 hours which felt just right. Even with how cold it was outside (5 C) the area inside the spa stayed comfortable enough to walk around without feeling too cold. I think it would also be amazing to experience in the rain/snow! They greeted us so warmly and also left a super sweet little treat outside the entrance to enjoy after we left. Can’t wait for our next opportunity to visit!
Wow! What an amazing experience. The spa is gorgeous and as soon as you step in, you feel how calming it is. I love that it’s open to outside, the breeze, the rain, all of it added to the experience. We were able to do three cycles (heat, cold, rest) in the two hours we were there and by the end my husband and I both felt so relaxed and calm. The staff was amazing and every detail is thought out.
