Sales Only - No Service!! We were in the market for a swim spa with zero experience in what we were looking for. On our search we decided to check out World of Spas. Initial experience was good. They were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to help us make a purchase. Once the purchase was made, this is where things changed. We put down our deposit and our swim spa was allegedly ordered and communication stopped. We had to follow up after 2 months to find out it was still a month away. We were promised spa school prior to its arrival and that did not happen. Ryan and Terri Ann were great at making promises yet failed to communicate at all. Upon arrival of our swim spa, we were told the delivery people would fully educate us on chemicals and hook up our electrical which just had to be connected. None of that happened. We were given general ideas of chemicals but failed to tell us how to properly setup our swimspa, which we have now found out is critical. After having provided them with over $20k of deposits, the delivery guy “jokingly” said he wouldn’t even talk to us until we paid our final amount, which World of Spas was well aware we had waiting for them. After struggling with cloudy water and unbalanced chemicals, we called World of Spas and talked to Terri Ann who didn’t provide any insight. We asked to talk to Ryan and our call was never returned. We ended up going to a different dealership to get our water tested and educated on how to balance our water properly. It was at that time we found out we couldn’t buy filters anywhere for the 2025 model as they are proprietary and hard to come by. We were forced to call World of Spas more than once, spoke to both Terri Ann and Ryan, only to find out there is a shortage of filters, they had none in stock and they suggested we go elsewhere. We couldn’t find them elsewhere, so called World of Spas again and they were finally in stock (they could have called to tell us, but again failed to provide customer service). We went in and purchased $500 worth of filters since our original ones were ruined from not doing a proper startup. We then spoke to Terri Ann and gave her a list of a few things we were having issues with; one of the jets not working properly, a broken clip and the temperature going above 100 degrees. She wrote them down, said she would talk to someone, get some answers and call us back. Almost 2 months later, we have yet to hear back. Our experience with World of Spas was brutal. We would not recommend them if you are looking to purchase a swimspa. We have received more information and support from the Master Spa Facebook group than the people we gave over $40,000 to! Crazy!!

I was in the market for a hot tub recently and went to several stores to do some research and decide what worked best for my family. Ultimately I decided not to go with World of Spas for several reasons. The primary reason was that I had, what was probably the most pushy sales experience I've ever had and that includes car shopping. The first time I went in to the store I looked at some hot tubs and liked them and a contract was brought out despite my stating I was just trying to get an idea of pricing. I made the mistake of giving my contact information to the sales person and had a couple phone conversations where he insisted they provided the best service and the hot tub was in a completely different league than any other brand that we could look at, when the industry seems to have a fairly standard set of products (note specs were quoted that I was unable to verify on the master spa website so I would recommend doing your own research). He wasn't willing to budge much on the pricing even after I explained pricing I had found online for the same hot tub. I ended up deciding to go with a different company and brand and told this to the sales person who then sent a lengthy diatribe about how the other company was bad and how their google reviews weren't as good, a company which has been serving the community for many years and who friends and family have dealt with on numerous occasions. A lot of businesses ask for positive reviews and make efforts to have negative reviews removed, it's fairly transparent and a poor practice. After I said I was going with the other company I continued to receive messages from the sales person asking if I was sure, including one telling me that suddenly they could work on the pricing. Yes, I'm sure, the experience of dealing with the sales person completely turned me off that purchase. While I am sure the spas are great, read about them online and decide for yourself it you think it's worth going into the store to be rushed into making a decision on that particular brand. I am not thrilled with the experience.

We recently purchased a Master Spas Twilight 8.25 hot tub from World of Spas, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! From the very first contact, Ryan was absolutely awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through all the features of the hot tub and answered every question we had with patience and expertise. What really stood out was how supportive he was even after the sale—he helped guide us through the setup and gave us great tips for maintenance, making everything so much easier and stress-free. The Twilight 8.25 itself is amazing—powerful, comfortable, and the perfect addition to our backyard. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the outstanding service from Ryan and the team at World of Spas. Highly recommend!

We bought our swim spa from World of Spa and were helped by Ryan, who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We chose to do the installation ourselves — the electrical and water fill went smoothly, but while we were away for a few days the water turned cloudy. Ryan has been incredibly responsive and supportive, always available to answer our questions and promptly helping us resolve any issues. He even gave us his cell phone number so we could text him directly, and he’s always responded the same day — often right away. That level of personal service is rare and so appreciated. We love our new swim spa and the entire experience with World of Spa. I’m excited to continue using it to get healthier and happier in my body. Highly recommend both the spa and Ryan’s excellent customer service!

If I could leave a Zero stars, I would. We purchased a spa from their travelling show in summer ‘25 and from the moment we set it up (they did not return to do this, even though we were told they would) we have never been able to balance the spa. Multiple emails, phone calls, even visits with water samples, to their location in Kelowna, and no one can get this spa to balance. Water is always murky, we’re constantly adding other chemicals to try to clean, shock, balance…to no avail. When we asked them to send someone to help us, we were told they’ll “keep that in mind”. Terrible service, terrible product, would never recommend this brand. Now we’re stuck with a very expensive product.
