Rochelle and her Team over at World of Spas did an excellent job of helping us through the start-up of our Master Spa. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and went out of their way to rectify what we thought was an impossible and expensive problem. In the end, they Saved us $$$ and gave us peace of mind through a simple phone call and walked us through everything and got us on our way! Way to go Team - I highly recommend this company for your next purchase!

I've reached out to World of Spas a couple of times for some tub maintenance related questions for a Dynasty spa that we acquired. I've had the pleasure of being helped out by Quinn. She took ownership of what I was after in both cases and had a way of making things easy. The level of service that she provided was top notch.

Hot tub is amazing, delivery was seamless and the drivers were so good at explaining everything we needed before they left. They took all the time we needed to be comfortable even in the heat to answer questions and we didn’t feel rushed through anything!! Would buy with them again!!

Super helpful at sale. Saskatoon home show. Answered all my questions. She wasn't pushy at all. At pickup I got lots of really helpful setup and maintenance tips. We also got a message chair. It wasn't working out of the box. Sales got that fixed up pretty quickly now life's great

We had a master spa balance 7 delivered in July! We have used it pretty much every day so far. We are lookin forward to our first winter with our hot tub from World of Spas. Ajna is always very helpful and knowledgeable at their store in Saskatoon!
