I’ve been floating for many years and I really enjoy my experiences at ZEN Natural Wellness. The owners are genuinely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Like any float facility, the float cabins can have a unique scent - similar to a salt mine with a salty, humid, aquatic smell - which is completely normal given the high concentration of Epsom salt. With a thorough shower afterwards, I’ve always found that any residual salt or scent washes off easily. I personally take a few extra steps that work well for me, such as using a small dab of Vicks VapoRub around my nostrils, and bringing my own shampoo and conditioner for after the float (while still using their pre-float wash beforehand). While the strong Epsom salt smell isn’t my favourite, the physical and mental benefits I feel after floating make it absolutely worth it every time.

The float experience was good. However the smell in the room was very musty. I assumed it was from the repairs the owner was doing. My husband was asigned float room one and I was given float room 5. I showered there before going home. But gee whiz that musty smell had followed me home. I could smell it all over my body and in my hair. I thought it was all in my head, so I went to bed. When I woke up the smell was still all over me. So I took another shower. I asked my husband if he could smell the musty smell. He said the smell on him was so bad that he woke up at nite and took another shower. He has PD and has lost most of his sense of smell and taste. I googled musty smelling float tank and what I read was shocking!!! I still have 2 floats left and my husband has one. I'm thinking of buying a water tester before I go in the float tank again, if I ever do!!!!

I was pretty hesitant going into my first Float Therapy and Red Light Therapy sessions at ZEN Natural since I’d never tried anything like this before. But from the moment I arrived, Tamsin and Ramon made me feel so welcome with their amazing, warm energy and it instantly put me at ease. The Float Therapy was honestly awesome. I felt incredible afterward and even slept better than I had in a long time. The Red Light Therapy was just as great; I could really feel my muscles loosening up during the session, which was super relaxing. The whole place feels clean, calming, and modern, exactly what you want when you’re there to unwind. All in all, it was a really positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend checking ZEN Natural out if you’re curious about trying something new for your wellness.

SO MANY WONDERFUL THERAPIES I regularly use the infrared sauna at Zen Natural Wellness, and it has become an essential part of my wellness routine. The space is always clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff are knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy. The infrared sauna provides a deep, gentle heat that helps with relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. I consistently leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and re-energized. What I really appreciate is the variety of therapies available — it makes it easy to support wellness from multiple angles in one place. Zen Natural Wellness truly feels aligned with a holistic, preventative approach to health. Highly recommend for anyone looking to incorporate regular sauna therapy and other natural wellness treatments into their routine.

This is such a wonderful small business! I've done the float therapy and cold plunge. Float therapy is meant to really relax you and make you feel rejuvenated. It's very peaceful and comforting. I have also tried the cold plunge. It's where you're moving between ice-cold water and an infared sauna. It is very relaxing and challenging. I've done a plunge for 16 minutes straight during my second visit - I love it! I would highly recommend Zen. The owners are so kind and accommodating. The spa is always clean and inviting. I'm a customer for life!
