Zorra Hot Tubs & Swim Spas

It's worth the drive to Ingersoll! We are from London and went to several dealerships in the city. We were very turned off by the staff at Porkys, they would not provide a written quote and they trash talked the other sellers in the city and the other brands like Hydropool and Coast. I don’t trust a company when they talk trash. We decided that Hydropool was the choice for us. A friend mentioned Zorra Hot Tubs and Swim Spas so I went to their website on a Saturday night and saw they had a tent sale going on that ended on the Sunday. I put in a contact form and 10am Sunday morning they had texted me a detailed quote…wow! We went in to see them and I was so impressed. David was great to work with as he represented the product honestly and did not try to sell us the bells and whistles we did not need. Super straightforward honest sales! With that experience I chose them. They agreed to come to our house to do a site inspection to make sure the swim spa could be craned over the house. They made a few subsequent visits to make sure all would go well with the install. They hired Stratford crane, who was very reasonably priced! The install was buttery smooth. We had a few bumps in the road with the motorized cover but they were in constant communication and took care of the issue. Their after sales service is amazing! They are truly genuine people with great customer service. I love dealing with family owned and operated businesses. Also the Covana cover and the Hydropool swim spa are made in Canada…that is a big deal to me right now! Keep up the great work.

Went in on June 25, 2022 to look at hot tubs. We were looked after by David who was very knowledgeable about all the products available. He took the time to answer all of our questions. From the time we purchased the hot tub to installation we were fortunate to have everything completed in less than 4 weeks. We were lucky that the tub we purchased was in stock.When the tub was delivered by Derek and Keiden they explained how to start up the tub and what all the chemicals were used for. They were very helpful. After two weeks of operation we went back with a list of questions which were all answered! Thank you again David and Nick. We also had our water tested and were given an explanation on how to correct the levels. We are happy to support a local business who stand by their product. Zorra is committed to customer service and we are very pleased with our purchase. Model purchased Hydropool 495 gold with waterfall and light package.

Excellent service, I had loads of questions and Nick was happy to answer them all. We purchased the hydropool self cleaning 670 Gold and are very happy. Without going and talking with Nick I don't believe we would have purchased a model that we would have been as happy with. He had us sit in each seat and not all hot tubs are made for someone that is 6'2" . David kept in touch with us by E-mail to keep us informed on delivery. They were available and took the time to answer questions on the height of the concrete pad, deck, clearances for the cover to open and Servicing access. Joe went over the operation and maintenance really well after installation, the consumer service was outstanding! I am very happy with my purchase I feel that it is a premium product backed by excellent service, and would highly recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to go see them .

We went to Zorra hot tubs to shop for a swim spa. The service we received from David and his team was excellent. They invited us to bring our bathing suits to try out the spa, it was perfect just what we were looking for!!!. Every part of the sales process was well handled. It was later in the season and we where willing to wait until end of April 2023 it actually arrived a few weeks earlier then expected, our day finally came and our hydropool spa and covana top was delivered and set up without a hitch. Stratford crane did an awesome job with the lift special shutout to Joe, Dereck and the other two techs from Zorra for all there hard work and professionalism If your in the market for a hot tub or swim spa we highly recommend Zora Hot Tubs and swim spas by Wayne and Sherry Vorano

Zorra Hot Tub and Spas has been the perfect experience. David was awesome to deal with. No pressure, will answer any question you have and help you find the perfect tub! Even after you buy the tub, they are professional and courteous and genuinely care about you and your purchase. Can’t say enough good things about them. Derek and Kaiden did a phenomenal job installing the tub and answering any water related questions. I will be back and will be recommending friends and family as well.
