Zero *’s! Disgusting place. To begin with, we had to go to the city - to The Science Hotel, to get the key because there is no one there - and it shows- no one is taking care of this place. The air inside the place is stale and humid - the windows don’t open and the AC is just circulating the same air around the building. we both had a headache after being there for a couple of hours. There is mould on the ceiling and we found a condom wrapper next to the bed. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid The Science Hotel as well - as it is the same people running that place, the interior decorations are identical in the two places. We tried to reach out and tell them about the situation - we got no response!

The front door is locked and the women from the reception didn't wanted to unlock it so I can get in. For first time in my life a receptionist tell me that she has other things to do and wouldn't open the door. Then she asked me (by phone) to pay 5 times higher price per room (from Google and Booking results) or she won't even open. When I told her that I'll book through booking.com, she wished me success and put all rooms as reserved in booking.com. Never choose this hotel! Shaming others in this business in the town.

Arriving at the location, everything was dirty: -No clean towels -No clean sheets -Bin full of trash -Very hard smell of cigarette smoke. Called the reception at 16:00 to send someone to clean the room and hey promised that at 17:00 everything was clean. Came back at 20:00 to check the room and was still dirty. Called the reception again and they argued with me that the room was already cleaned and there is nothing they can do neither to send someone, change the room or refund. No not recommend this piece of crap.

Renting a room for 8 days, no toilet paper was replaced I had to buy my own. No towels are replaced . After booking you find out there is an extra charge for parking. Not a good experience. Only positive I can say is the location. Definitely wouldn’t be my first choice. Heating switches off so you wake up to a cold room. By the way this is a clinic for dental surgeries and covid not the ideal place for relax.

They dont have a service desk in the place A lot of things didn't worked and they didn't try to help or fix. The room is beautiful and small but when other things don't work its ruin the experience. The place is little bit far from the center Maybe 20 minutes or more by walk. But near by you can find small shop and coffe shops and bar. Its very near to the aqua park.
