Striking tower with lookout platforms offering views of Lake Velence & the surrounding countryside.
It was really amazing. You could visit the whole place with a 360 degree panoramic view. The lake view was amazing. The clear sky. It was clean. The wind on your face worth to go there. The problem is you couldn’t find any word in English on the description of the place!!
The tower is unique but looks natural and blends with the surroundings well. The path from the car park is quickly eroding, since no water drainage was built, that is a shame. Be aware of the seasonal opening times. Entry is HUF 500/person in 2021.
Nice vantage point to visit. You get a 360 degrees view of Lake Velence and surrounding areas. There is free parking. Entry fee is 800HUF per person as of August 2025. You can pay by cash or card at kiosk
A wonderful view from the top of the tower. It's a few hundred forints to go up and gives you a 360degrees view of the region. A nice stop if you are in the region for tourism.
Gorgeous views on the lake and neighboring hills. The drive up is scenic and there is a parking lot just below the lookout tower. Best time to visit is just before they close.
