Csorna, termálfürdő

We were there twice, the first time it made a very good impression on us, the only flaw was that there are no clocks anywhere in the spa area. However, we went back yesterday because of the good impression. But I don't think we'll go there often after yesterday. We went to the buffet at around 6 o'clock to have a snack, but we had to wait for a quarter of an hour because of the many guests, before we were told that they were no longer serving food. Needless to say, a lot of people, including us, got pretty angry because of this. I don't understand why the buffet turns away guests hungry when the spa is open until 7 pm because they don't feel like working anymore. That's why it only gets 3 stars because there's no problem with the spa itself, but the buffet's attitude towards the guests is beyond criticism. 😕
Kids! Let's stop here for a moment... Ok, we're waiting 30 minutes to get in after 3:00 PM.. (waiting in the hot sun) min. 30 minutes.. .... What??? 1 ticket clerk.... 2 people are checking if you bought a ticket.... In the cafeteria, after 30 minutes of queuing, we got this "hot sandwich" (cold).... looking into the kitchen, where TOTAL CHAOS reigned, the "chef"... is walking up and down with the ice-cold langostos dough in his hand, "risen" with the warmth of his hand, throwing instructions to the ignorant, clueless student workers next to him... Pffffffffff, they can't accept a nice card..... Communication ZERO.... I'm only not giving a MINUS rating because it's like that right now, there isn't one! Pffff There's no problem with the beach or pools themselves..
The renovated thermal bath deserved a visit. There was not much commotion, so you could enjoy the effects of the medicinal water in peace. The entrance fee was also acceptable. The pools and the slide provide pleasant relaxation. Clean, beautiful environment, young service staff helps with everything. The food is very delicious, and the prices are reasonable. It was a pleasant beach holiday, we will come again next time.
Extremely long wait at the ticket counter, which doesn't open until 10 am. Compared to other pools like Bük, this one is relatively expensive; Bük offers much more. The buffet is overcrowded, and there are an unbelievable number of staff members who are constantly getting in each other's way and are clearly overwhelmed. The water is great and clean, and the staff is friendly. (Nudli system)
It's not enough that it opens at 10:00. A kilometer-long line. One person is struggling with some registration at the hot concrete entrance, 80-100 people are being hit by the water... We got out of line, never again Csornai strad!
