Gönc Városi Tanuszoda

Great indoor swimming pool about 30 minutes from Kosice. The lady at the cashier surprisingly only speaks Hungarian, but you can communicate with her hands, feet and Google Translate. The entrance fee is about 1300 HUF, and you have to pay a deposit of 1000 HUF for a locker. They have a card payment terminal, but it didn't work during our visit. Take forints with you, it will be easier. Open 7 days a week until 6:00 PM. Few people. Everything is clean, except for a slightly smelly sewage in the toilets and missing toilet paper. Don't throw away the code for the entrance to the turnstile, you will need it when you leave. Also, keep the deposit slip for the lockers, only on the basis of it will Van refund the money. Since the indoor swimming pool in Kosice is closed, we will definitely be happy to come back here.
Have a nice day - I would like to note that you know that you cannot reach the spa by phone - not even a number that is written. And we like to go swimming at your place because the swimming pool gives a good opportunity - but lately the hot water in the shower has not been working most of the time - and now on February 4th + the water in the small training pool was cold. - the swimming instructor said that the air conditioning which also operates the heating has failed . Have a nice day Gábor Varga Dr., Košice
A 25 m swimming pool + a smaller one with warmer water (mostly used by non-swimming kids. Swimmers usually go there only for a short while - to enjoy the warm water). The staff is friendly. Swimming caps are mandatory. The showers used to be unbearably hot, but recently they are too cold (there is no way to set the temperature manually). Free parking. No outdoor pools in the summer, nor any slides or other attractions. There is also a sauna/relax area in the building but it's never been opened.
Very good! I recommend it to everyone who comes here!
19:00 closed every day, when I come.

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
