The staff is very excellent. They are dedicated, they know their job, and they are obviously not paid!! The spa, thermal... is cracked, the wall is leaking, there are rust stains, and what is really bad!!! It is COLD! The water is cold, the air is cold, there is no heating!! I have been going for treatment for 3 days, and I am getting sicker!! The other referrals/paying guests/... are also cold!!! It is not a good feeling to take off your coat!😨🤨😠
