Hársfa Panzió

We regularly visit Harsfa Pension. For the past ten years, we've been booking to relax, usually for 7 or 10 days. Our experience has been very positive. They do everything they can to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. They also continually invest in making their stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is excellently maintained, and rooms have recently been fitted with air conditioning where necessary. Parking is available on the pension's grounds. The pension has a Mediterranean feel. The garden and terrace are surrounded by beautiful blooming flowers. The rooms are clean, neatly furnished, and equipped with excellent shower facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available. Bicycles are also available for cycling. A generous breakfast is served every morning, and guests' wishes are carefully considered. Directly across from the pension is the Tamasi Thermal Bath. A great place to visit and stay. There isn't a wide selection of restaurants in the area: Szittyó Szarda, Judith, and Josef Restaurant (Vendeglo) are within walking distance. There's also a travel agency nearby that organizes various trips: a day trip to Budapest, a goulash party, or a trip to the Puszta. Lake Balaton/Siofok is 35 km from Tamasi. The Gyulaj nature park and hunting area is located right next to the Harsfa Pension. In short, an oasis of tranquility that's perfect for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area.
A very nice guesthouse surrounded by nature. We stayed there recently and had a great time. Very clean and everything was provided. Breakfast was plentiful and high-quality. It's a shame I can't give it 5 stars because: the staff didn't speak English, and we were asked repeatedly (at 9:00 AM during breakfast) to speak quietly so as not to disturb some guests who arrived at 6:00 AM. Now, I want to point out: 1) we weren't shouting, and the breakfast ladies before us were making more noise, chatting among themselves from 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM; 2) also, if you serve breakfast at 9:00 AM, you have to let guests arriving at 6:00 AM know that breakfast will be served around 9:00 AM! Aside from this unpleasant pri-co-quò, everything was excellent! It's a shame, it could easily have been 5 stars if they had been managed more intelligently.
We spent one night in this very nice guesthouse, but the owner is not particularly friendly! At 10:10 pm we were talking and drinking in the courtyard / three couples / when the lady owner living upstairs shouted at us in a raised, condescending voice to stop the noise immediately, because this is an accommodation, not a place to have fun!! Everyone here wants to sleep, so let's go to the pub! / There was only one other room besides us /. We couldn't go into the dining room, so we had to go to bed! So this accommodation is only recommended for those who just want to sleep! Breakfast is not a buffet, it's modest! P.S.: on Sunday morning at 7:30 am, by the way, they came to the courtyard of the guesthouse to pave the way with a lot of noise!!
Although Tamási does not have many attractions, it is still worth a long weekend - or a winter indoor spa relaxation. We have been here in winter and summer, staying at this guesthouse both times. The staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast is included in the price. The rooms are clean; equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and hairdryer. The garden is wonderfully maintained, the grass is so beautiful green that even the thought of it makes me want to lie down in it. I can only recommend the accommodation.
The guesthouse is quiet and cozy. The thermal baths are only a 10-minute walk away. The room and bathroom were very clean and furnished to a high standard. Breakfast wasn't anything special – the same cold cuts every day. Unfortunately, it's not permitted to sit together in the courtyard in the evenings.
