I could call the place a real hidden treasure. The entire hotel is very nicely designed. The hotel is sophisticated and clean. The staff are kind and helpful. The food is delicious. You can choose from excellent wines for your evening meals. When we arrived, the barrier worked by phone, so we didn't have to wait at all. After a quick call, the barrier opened immediately. Thanks to this, parking was easy and convenient. We received a warm welcome while they quickly arranged which rooms would be ours. The upstairs rooms are accessed by stairs or a max. 4-person elevator. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator, but considering the size of the hotel, it might actually be enough. The rooms are beautiful, clean and in my opinion, they made the most of it. The wellness is simply fabulous. Its very good design immediately enchants you. Although the department itself is a bit small (I'm thinking of the size of the cabins), you can spend a whole day there perfectly. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation.

Based on the comments, it's the best place in town. Let's see then. With GM sensitivity, the menu, which seemed extensive at first, quickly narrowed down. Fortunately, they were flexible in varying the side dishes for the main courses. Fruit soup - the thinner version, about the small spritz of soups, there could have been more fruit in it, the seasoning was good. 4/5. Brasso - meat is normal, potatoes are tasty, the portion is not too large. The pickle is not the best accompaniment, 4/5, the 4 is curled down. Grilled toothfish, the side dish was changed at our request - the steak is a normal fast food, more could have been done from a 4* hotel restaurant. Toothfish was dried out here and there, the taste is more neutral than soft and delicious, this is also probably below 4.

Called them for reservation after several ringout they take the phone and put away... reply on answer: no matter whether a restaurant is overbooked or full with people, picking up the phone not saying hello but put it back is a jerk action even from individuals but especially an official company. I can imagine after this action the behaviour of the staff in general and don't want to be served by them.

Stylish restaurant in the centre of Sárospatak with a diverse menu and surprisingly good prices. The waiting staff are polite and very professional. Highly recommended.

We just "popped in" for lunch during a trip with a group of 4. The food and service were first class. We will definitely be guests there again.
