Hotel Princeps

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Princeps and were simply blown away by the place! Our room had a beautiful view of the landscape for several kilometers, which was worth the trip in itself; we admired the view while sipping our coffee in the morning. The area offers good hiking opportunities, we explored the adventure park and the Castle. The location of the hotel was a perfect starting point for our excursions. The icing on the cake was the wonderful wellness area on the third floor. The saunas, pool and jacuzzi are excellently equipped. Here we were really able to relax and recharge at the end of the day. The staff was attentive and professional, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was a birthday surprise for me from my partner and the staff also helped make the surprise cake that they made on site. I recommend this hotel to everyone from the bottom of my heart
My wife and I came for 2 days, for a little weekend break, it just fits the purpose, but apart from that it is a nice new hotel, and the view is really beautiful from everywhere, nothing extra, the buffet food selection is terribly small, both at dinner and breakfast, the quality of the food also leaves something to be desired, in my opinion the fried meat from Mirelit is the worst in a hotel… The wellness area is terribly small, there is 1 pool and a small “kids pool” which we thought was a foot bath so nothing, there is 1 sauna and that's it. The bar area is also quite poorly done, it is in the same building as the reception, it is also very small, there is no privacy. Another positive is the kindness of the staff, but this is very little compared to the other things. Overall, it was a good experience but we will definitely not come here again. It is not really worth that much money.
(Couple around 30) The location is beautiful with a wonderful view. The rooms are well equipped, special praise for the many socket outlets! The breakfast was very delicious, the dinner was scandalously bad, every day the food was unnecessarily over-thought with anemic quantities. (My partner is picky, I can't say that about myself but I didn't find too much either) The staff is nice but here too you can feel that there are very few people in the wellness department, at least 20 minutes to serve you if there is no one in front of you. (I should add that it is not the colleague's fault). The wellness department is very small. I would rather call it a better 3-star hotel.
The hotel is modern and tastefully furnished. The room is absolutely designed for the guest's comfort. Each room has its own panoramic terrace, where you can sit out and enjoy a hot tea or a glass of wine while admiring the scenery. 😍 The staff is kind and helpful. The service is fast. The taste and quality of the buffet food are excellent. The wellness area is not very large, but clean and constantly maintained. Suggestion: it would be worth considering making refreshments available to guests in the wellness area, e.g. a few jugs of cold lemon water.
The hotel is new, and the rooms were stylish and very clean, which we appreciated. The wellness area is nicely designed, but rather small – in the evening it was difficult to find a free sunbed or seat. The sauna was excellent and a highlight of our stay. However, the lack of shower curtains, no complimentary water as a welcome drink, and very dirty toilets near the reception did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs more attention to detail and cleanliness in common areas.
