I felt rude to the black-haired receptionist from the moment I arrived. I didn't even ask for breakfast with the room reservation, instead they wanted to charge me on the spot, when I indicated that I didn't want it, she tried to push me away, then she got visibly angry when I didn't ask for a second one. We got 1 key for 2 people, when I asked if we could get 2 keys, the answer was "why don't they move together?". The SPA area would have been completely fine if there hadn't been a mosquito swimming in the sauna water. I was satisfied with the room, as well as the cleanliness of the room. A little kindness, attention, respect for the guest, and it could have been 4 stars.

The hotel and the rooms are decorated in a style reminiscent of 20 years ago, but we found everything in good condition and clean. The hotel is quiet, the beds were comfortable. It is close to the city center, we walked everywhere. We didn't have time to try the wellness, I just looked in, but I think it is just right compared to the size of the hotel. There is parking for smaller cars on the property, but the driveway is narrow. Breakfast was 3000 HUF, which was also quite good: omelette, sausage, hot dogs, cold plate, etc. The room price is in line with the appearance of the hotel. The rooms at the end of the corridor opposite also have a living room.

The room was elegant and clean, the staff was very kind! The wellness area needs renovation, only half of the jacuzzi was working. The breakfast, however, was critically underrated for the price of 3000 HUF/person, as it was a big zero in both quantity and quality. In a corner of about 1.5m2, you could "choose" from the few bites that were offered for breakfast. Cheap sausage, cheese, cold cuts, raw eggs and watered-down "fruit juices".

Clean, calm, quiet environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The services on the property are free of charge Ideal for those looking for relaxation and unwinding The hotel is located almost in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping centers and parks..

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The rooms are very ugly with old furniture. The SPA is a joke. Very small pool. Overall the hotel should be avoided at all costs.
