Kumánia Kemping és Ifjúsági Szálláshely

The environment is very beautiful and cozy, but I had a feeling of neglect: despite the Easter long weekend, the grass was big everywhere, and the fence was incomplete in many places, and at the end of the campsite, in the part used by the operator, a prostitute's paradise was visible. The road leading to the bath is crushed stone and narrow. But the water blocks are very nice and clean, but the kitchen is only in the open air, under the roof. True, there are more hotplates than average here. The plots have water connection and electricity. I do not recommend the bath for children. The large slide does not work, and the small one is not very exciting for older children. The swimming pool is terribly cold, even the children fled from it. Fortunately, they could go into the 34-36 C⁰ pool, and the jacuzzi was also free for them. There was only one hot water medicinal pool outside, for those over 14 years old. The outside area of the spa was covered in many places with fallen leaves, the grass was long, and considering the pace of work, it takes a while to mow it. I don't understand why they don't buy at least one lawnmower for such a large area. However, in terms of price/value, it is a very good offer, although the road leading into the city from Túrkeve is critically underrated. In the city, the Süsü playground and the park around it are very atmospheric.
The campsite offers sunny, shady spots, with a passage to the bath.🙂 It was not crowded, there were plenty of free spots and there were also empty wooden houses. The cleanliness of the communal areas such as baths, toilets, as well as the kitchen and laundry room is impeccable.👍☺️ It's a shame that the boating option is not working, although it would be a good pastime besides bathing. The spa and beach bath actually consists of several spas, which are located indoors. It would also be nice to have a splashing, wellness bath option in the yard next to the swimming and spa pool during the summer days. 👍 This would probably attract more guests. Also, at the cauldron festival, which was organized on the beach area, unfortunately it was not possible to buy food, 😐 although the campsite residents would have been happy to eat.😉 We were among them. In addition, we had a good time, we spent pleasant days.☺️🤩
Very nice, tidy, clean beach. The 3* is because of the following: -The only bathroom is in the changing room next to the cashier, where dad can't go with his little girl, and it's quite "far" from the pools, especially if you come with small children. -It's quite difficult for 5-8 year old children who can't swim to swim. The small paddling pool is already small for them, and the children's pool is too deep with its BEGINNER depth of 108 cm. There is no intermediate solution... -Based on the above, and taking the small number of pools as a basis, the entrance fee is quite expensive. If I add the morning swimming lesson, because of which we could hardly play with the children, then that's mainly it. Apart from the above, I recommend it because of the beautiful environment and kind staff! 🙂
The place itself is very cozy, the staff is very helpful! BUT! In the wooden house 2 and 4, relaxation is impossible, because the beds are very uncomfortable. We complained, the answer was approximately that this is a youth hostel, and this complies with the EU regulations. Finally, my youngest child was able to sleep, but he is only 8 years old. We also found a window that was dangerous, almost working, but I think this is the bonus.
I recommend it to everyone. With a caravan, a motorhome. Spacious plot, modern, clean water block. There are also wooden houses with underfloor heating in the camping area on the shore of the lake, you can also go fishing. Direct access to the spa! The receptionist is kind, direct, and informed.
