We left very sad.. The two stars are for the lovely lady at the reception, and for the courtyard and closed parking! It's very nice from the outside, but unfortunately appearances are deceiving! We booked a 4-person "apartment", which they didn't even know about for almost a year....😲 I only asked about the coffee maker (2 days before arrival), when it turned out that they didn't even know who I was or what I wanted. It's completely uninhabitable for 4 people! There are 4 beds. There wasn't enough room for two of us anywhere anyway. Everything was incomplete. There wasn't a tea towel, there was only 1 sharp knife for 4 people, a dishwashing sponge that I would have thrown away a long time ago, the TV was unwatchable, the picture was choppy, on the 1-2 channels that the poor thing tried to catch. There was no air freshener in the bathroom, let alone the shower cabin!! I don't think it has been descaled since it was built!! Dirt everywhere. We had to ask for a broom and a shovel. They discounted 10,000 HUF from the price after the flood of complaints. By the way, the price-value ratio is very high! This is not what we expected, I would not recommend it to anyone!

We spent a week in a supposedly 4-person room here. Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away, they probably spent a lot on the place. But the place doesn't keep its shine on its own, you should take care of it. There was a 12-15 cm blade knife THE KNIFE! Next to it, two butter knives, 4 plastic toothbrush cups and 3 glass glasses. A mug, a kvs cup, so it's nicely equipped, oh no! The shower is made of stone, the plates are in a very dusty state, the room is decorated with cobwebs and moss. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels, but there was a dish sponge in such a condition that it was just right to clean shoes. We got 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 nights. By the way, a LUK the 4-person room is not designed for 4 people by chance, I think they know this too because there were 3 stoki for the folding table, not chairs, STOKI! So it's not a good place to stay by any chance, but since my wife outlined the problems, they discounted the price by 10 cents. This is probably the only positive thing, and the electric gate.

Very great accommodation, absolutely outstanding in terms of value for money. Pécs is only 12-15 minutes away by car. I would gladly return if I were to visit this place next time. Positives: - contactless booking (all it took was one phone call and I was in within seconds) - sophisticated, well-equipped (there is a detailed list in the room, on which you can find almost anything you might need) - feeling of freedom (you don't meet the employees every step of the way, but if you need anything, just a phone call and they will help you immediately) - very nice staff - convenient parking in the yard (can fit about 3-4 cars, you can enter through a gate that opens with a remote control) Where the place could still improve: - very few sockets (an extension cord or at least a T-splitter would be useful) - the remote control for the air conditioner was not in the room (but they helped me get it immediately upon request) - a mosquito net on the bathroom window would be useful

A "workers' hostel" in a good location. Terribly poor quality doors, creaking, creaking. narrow shower cubicles, but the beds are adequate. Unfortunately, the cleaning leaves something to be desired! There was no 3-way 230 distributor, although the hob could not be turned on, and we could not find any instructions for use. They "saved" a lot on the insulation of the building, which will take its revenge later. (My son cut his finger on the cracked glass of the main entrance door). I'll just say it... What was good: the inner courtyard and the remote-controlled gate.

A guesthouse in a pleasant environment. The room was clean, the balcony had a great view of both Pécs and the Mecsek Mountains. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The guesthouse exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone!
