Museum of the Magyar Language

The museum is a bit on the smaller side but it compensates with the beautiful and well maintained park. Staff will escort you to the memorial hall if requested or they tell you when the next group is going so you can join in. The personel is very kind and friendly they are happy to talk to you. Tickets are cheap an parking is not an issue due to the decent parking lot behind the main building.

The beautiful garden is spectacular enough in itself, but the museum, both inside and out, offers a unique and atmospheric environment for lovers of the Hungarian language. (An excellent choice with children, as the exhibitions have many playful elements for them.)

Beautiful grounds to walk with some old trees and colourful flowers. The building is nicely designed with cool architecture. The exhibition is in Hungarian only which doesn't encourage any international visitors. Quite poor. Some of the interactivity is nice

An interesting place, though apparently completely in Hungarian... not surprising given the subject matter and the location in a little town, but still. Museum staff do not speak English but are friendly and will try to show you the best way around.

It's the old home of a great poet. The museum is fantastic. Very detailed, impressive installations with great multimedia. The museum's theme is the Hungarian language, so you must understand Hungarian or have a Hungarian guide.
