Nice place, but not without issues – useful tips if you’re going for the first time We had trouble finding the place at first – make sure to search for the parking lot, otherwise Google might take you under the bridge, which obviously doesn’t help much. From the parking lot, there’s a pretty steep uphill path leading to the bridge – it helps if you’re reasonably fit. The bridge itself is well built, solid and nicely designed. However, if you’re afraid of heights, it might not be for you – there’s a section in the middle made of glass for the brave ones. The view is nice, especially in clear weather. The whole walk takes about an hour round trip. If you’re looking to try the zipline, keep in mind that it’s located on another hill, which requires two separate chairlift rides to reach – and it costs extra. We learned that a few months ago, the cabins that were used to send the harnesses back up broke down, and haven’t been fixed yet. This means staff now have to manually carry the gear up by chairlift, taking about 30–40 minutes for each load. The zipline ride itself is 10 minutes, but you may have to wait 1.5 hours or more. Unfortunately, the municipality hasn’t solved this yet. If fixing the system is too costly or complex, they could at least buy extra harnesses and equipment to speed things up. All in all, it’s worth visiting once, but do your homework beforehand.

We visited the bridge today — and while the bridge itself is visually striking, the experience felt like a rip-off. We paid 10,000 HUF for two people, which is a lot by Hungarian standards, and frankly, the service and organisation were non-existent. There were no clear directions from the ticket office about: - Where the bridge actually is. - How to get there. - What’s worth seeing on either side. - Basic health & safety info, which you'd expect on a giant suspension bridge! The staff didn’t explain anything, hand out a map, or even mention what’s at the other end. We didn’t want to hike kilometers blindly just to find… who knows what. All in all: impressive structure, very poor visitor experience. For this price, we expected much more than just wandering around confused. Massive missed opportunity.

There is room for improvement in the administration; there are no clear signs of where to follow to reach the bridge once you buy the ticket; also the prices are quite expensive and if you want to pay for the service to take you up to the bridge from the cash desk is 800 extra per person and there is just one car coming and going therefore sometimes is better to go walking although the road is steeped. We visited in a sunny hot day therefore it was more challenging to go up and there were not many places with shadow or sitting places to rest. Despite all that is once in a lifetime experience and the views are beautiful

Recently opened attraction, so you have to take into account even slight shortcomings. The cash desk is located downstairs next to the parking lot. The ticket machine is also upstairs at the entrance, but it only sells tickets for adults. From the lower parking lot to the entrance there is a rather steep road, so you will have a hard time at the beginning. The bridge is generally OK, it will offer wonderful views and a bit of adrenaline. In the summer, be sure to take a sufficient amount of water, because the sun can tire you.

This unique, impressively tall suspension bridge offers stunning views, a unforgettable experience, and a great reason to linger in the area. While getting to the parking lot can be a bit tricky—better signage through the village would help—and the hike from the parking lot to the bridge is challenging, the breathtaking result is absolutely worth it. The newest local attraction in the Tokaj region truly proves that Hungarians know how to do tourism.
