Oázis Wellness Panzió

God forbid anyone from spending even one night in this place, especially for this much money. We booked an apartment room first. When I entered the room, I could already see that the cleanliness here was not the best. However, I did not expect that the bed would be full of hairs. The toilet is disgusting, let alone the shower, I have never seen anything so disgusting. The apartment room does not have blackout curtains on all the windows, so if the fear of infection was not enough, you can't sleep even from the terribly bright light outside. After we reported this to the reception, they were very nice and handled the situation professionally, they would have deserved a pay increase. They immediately gave us a much larger and more modern room. The room we received as compensation was not so terrible, but you can hear a fly buzzing next door, the soundproofing is so bad. Moreover, someone in the next room was snoring so much that we couldn't sleep properly here either... The sofa in this room was also torn, the cupboard doors were broken and I could list more. The restaurant and wellness are quite decent, so if you don't use the accommodation, it's still a bit enjoyable to spend a day here. If you can, skip this place for this much money.

The food and the portions are wonderful, plentiful, staff is helpful kind. The rooms are nice, clean. The only reason i given 4 stars is becouse 30% of the facilities are not working or have some problems whit it. But overall if you are looking for a good place to relax i recommend it.

Kitchen and bar is a very good one, a must try pizza with special coctails. However housekeeping and rooms are not good like they claim only 1 key is avaible per room and cleaning needs you to open the door. Also watch for your belongings constanly in the room!

My stuff was stolen from them during an event and they provided zero help, no one on the phone knew anything about the camera footage or whether they even worked, they were unable to respond to emails, I would not recommend the place to anyone.

Very unpleasant experience. A week before the arrival they canceled the reservation that was confirmed two weeks ago. They are not trustworthy!
