Hello! Our swimming pool experience today: I gathered the boys from kindergarten and nursery school (2.5 & 3.5), we rolled to the swimming pool, since no one answered the phone, so I personally asked if there was a group, if we could come with the children. 2 ladies kindly informed me that the small pool was free, we could come without hesitation, how much is the entrance fee plus the deposit. We went home with great joy, I packed everyone's bath belongings, towels, water, slippers... We went back, they sold us the ticket, we got the 3 hours, they explained where to put our shoes, go to the women's locker room, and from there where the pool would be. We changed clothes, showered, and enthusiastically entered the pool, at which point the lady who was probably the swimming instructor ran out and vigorously told us that swimming caps were mandatory! I asked timidly, should we go home then? Can't we buy it? No! The answer came. I asked again, should we go home then? To which, again, it was: a swimming cap is mandatory! Of course, both children were confused, but what can you do, we left. When I returned the lessons, I noted that we had just gotten wet, I would like to get the full amount back, not to mention the children's immense disappointment, the lady also lectured me for not paying attention to the sign above my head and not reading the A2-sized house rules. True, but with 2 children under 100cm, I didn't have the time/opportunity for something like that. I think they could have easily asked when I first went there, or before they handed over the lessons. Result: 2 very disappointed little children and a terribly angry mother. I'll probably think of a different solution next time, if the child can't go to daycare due to medical advice. 😤

In my opinion, the Pannonhalma Learning Center is a very attractive recreation center, characterized by many positive features. The excellent water quality of the pool is particularly noteworthy, the cleanliness and pleasant temperature of which guarantee refreshment and peaceful relaxation for all visitors. The modern equipment of the facility, careful maintenance and a wide range of various services contribute to the fact that the time spent here is always a positive experience, promoting physical and mental recharge. At the same time, I must note that the dynamics experienced in the internal operation pose a challenge in certain areas. Unfortunately, due to the management methods of the local facility manager, the frequent turnover of staff is a cause for concern. Although new employees can bring fresh impetus, constant staff turnover can hinder the development of a stable and uniform service, which can affect the quality of the experience provided by the institution in the long term. I believe that a more thoughtful, uniform management strategy could contribute to increasing the stability of the workforce, thereby further strengthening the positive image of the Learning Center. Overall, the Pannonhalma Learning Center is an excellent opportunity for quality recreation, the benefits of which far outweigh any possible internal organizational difficulties. I hope that in the future, through appropriate measures, the stability of the staff will also improve, and thus the institution will be able to continue its operations at an even higher level.

The institution is not baby-friendly at all. You cannot bring a stroller into the building, even when folded. And there is no changing table or any possibility to change the little ones' clothes. The institution manager, Nóra Lázár, has a behavior and communication that are not worthy of the manager of a public institution. If this institution was established within the framework of the Sport for the Nation and the Swimming Nation programs, why is it not important to support the introduction of children to water at a young age? Is my 1-year-old daughter not part of the nation yet? If my mother had not been there with me, who held the little one while I quickly changed clothes, neither I nor the little one would have been able to enter the swimming pool. However, the lady at the ticket office is very kind and helpful. The building and the swimming pool are also nice and clean.

Horrible accessibility. It is crammed between residential buildings in such a narrow street that 2 cars cannot fit next to each other, which results in recurring regular problems. They run into each other or back into each other. The number of parking spaces is small and problematic. Visitors here do not respect anyone, they park in front of other people's houses or gates and slam their car doors 70 times, they throw garbage here, they crush the plants, they blare music, they do not even notice the sign saying "No parking". I don't even understand why they put it between the houses or why the entrance is from here. The entrance should be moved to the side facing Petőfi út and new parking spaces should be created there. You shouldn't even have to come into the street, and there would be room for at least 10 more cars.

Location, which is next to the swimming pool and now experienced in education. The child loves it. BUT, it's a joke that you can't push a stroller EVEN while I change my four-year-old son. Of course, changing him is also possible for a fee, if I want to watch the class, I need a ticket, EVEN for a six-month-old baby. Congratulations!
