Rácalmás Riverside Walking Street

The Rácalmási Islands are a nature reserve near Rácalmás. A concrete bridge leads across the river to the Rácalmási floodplain nature trail on Nagy-sziget. The area is a very good, quiet hiking spot in all seasons, where the lush and diverse vegetation is accompanied by a rich fauna.
A truly wild and romantic landscape. The planks are neglected, but you can still walk on them with caution (you have to pay attention when you have to turn off the path to them, because there are no separate signs). You can also walk with small children and dogs.
Very good place for a trip. The island is characterized by peace and quiet. It is easily accessible by car and there is space for parking. We have been there several times and will go there again in the future from Székesfehérvár.
There is ample parking space, and it is forbidden to enter the island by car. The tourist area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a little nature experience. By the way, visiting is free.
Imádom! A szunyogok ellenére is! Mindig ünnepnap, ha lejutok ide! I love this place and doesn't mean so anything the mosquitos for me. If I can get here that it is a real holyday!

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
