We have been to many campsites, but here we encountered serious negatives: - hot water runs out quickly, showering in unpleasant cold water, washing dishes is impossible - showers are closed at 11 pm until 6 am - the grocery store in the campsite is extremely expensive - dog-friendly, but you can't take your dog down to the beach, there is no shallow section where your four-legged friend can take a dip. Positive, they pay attention to cleanliness. On the plus side, they pay attention to cleanliness. Wir waren schon auf vielen Campingplätzen, aber hier sind uns gravierende Nachtäidele begegnet: - Warmwasser geht schnell aus, Duschen in unangenehm kaltem Wasser, Geschirrspülen ist unmöglich. - Duschen sind von 23 Uhr bis 6 Uhr morgens geschlossen. - Der Lebensmittelladen auf dem Campingplatz ist extrem tuer. - Hundefreundlich, aber man kann seinen Hund nicht mit an den Strand nehmen, es gibt keinen kurzen Abschnitt, an dem der Vierbeiner baden kann. Positiv ist, dass auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird.

The beach is very clean. Dogs are prohibited. Smoking is allowed, but I didn't see any cigarette butts anywhere. The beach is grassy, with metal steps leading into the water. The bottom is a bit sandy, but muddy beyond. To the side, there's a small sandy beach for children with knee-deep water. The water, as is typical in lakes, is quite muddy and opaque. In the evenings, swarms of green insects resembling mosquitoes can appear, though they don't bite like mosquitoes. A lifeguard is on duty most of the day, and water aerobics classes are held several times a day.

Definitely not recommended for dogs! Dogs are not welcome almost anywhere around Lake Balaton. Even in the off-season, there are no designated areas, spaces, or beach sections for dogs. You're only allowed to pay the fee. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a beautiful, very clean campsite. We'll never come back!!

I've been coming here since I was little. I've always loved coming here. There's really everything you need to have fun. The only negative point is the stupid regulations and the prices are too high compared to the stores in the surrounding area.

A lovely, affordable campsite in the off-season with good, well-maintained sanitary facilities. Pitches are spacious. Electricity is included. Close to the train station. Travel on the MÁV (train and bus) is free for those 65 and older!
