The daytime price seems quite high, but there is plenty of time with the afternoon session from 16-21 to enjoy the four pools. I think the timing of the features in the “experience pool” could be improved to rotate more frequently to all features. Also, there is nowhere to easily refill water bottles, just one simple drinking fountain. The sauna was enjoyable, although parts a bit odd. I don’t think the aroma chambers were working at all… the steam room also had no aroma and was so hot I felt like it would burn my skin. The jacuzzi wasn’t working (no jets) and the outdoor jacuzzi was covered. The Finn sauna, gentle sauna, and infra-sauna were quite enjoyable. The signage said that the sauna master would come every hour, but there was no sign of the workers coming to do anything. The children’s area was quite enjoyable. There’s a very small wave pool, slides for little kids, and three bigger slides. One slide is completely in the dark and was quite a thrill!
A bit too crowded on Sunday, takes long time to find a free seating space. Many things to do, pool seems clean. Pools have ok restaurant and icecream for kids. Showers near 2000 lockers are almost all with broken heads. Floor near lockers is very dirty and in 45minutes that we were in showers and changing noone was there to clean anything, not showers, not lockers. This is really bad and hence 3 stars, You should work a bit more on cleanliness, this was disguisting.
We come here every year for a day or two. The thermal center is good enough but you can see the wear of 24 years. Some renovations are needed now. Great for kids, lots of entertainment. There are slides and water area for the babies and small children. Lots of restaurant. Many trees to provide shade. You can hire sun-bed and locker. Staff is not particularly smiley but they answer to your questions. Bring Hungarian forint, they change euro with low rate.
Medium sized spa (at least if the outside attractions are closed in autumn/winter). Quite good restaurant, several bars with beer, coffee, ... Also very good ice cream. Nice area for kids. Quite a lot of massages, but you need to order at least over day in advance otherwise they're full. Very friendly staff, staff at the bars also speak Czech (or at least they understand what you want). Quite good sauna world part.
The better times of this aquapark are already in the past and you can see that it was not refreshed in quite some time already. But the most worrying thing was the rusty screws in the kids pool, precisely this one: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XjQ2nu1VzrinyVBu5
