Szentkútfürdő

Hmm, how should I start.. We were there twice, the staff was very polite and attentive both times. One half of the swimming pool is occupied by children who throw themselves into the water with great joy. There is nothing wrong with that. If someone were to take swimming seriously after this, they would have to be very careful not to get mixed up with the other, and there were only 6-8 people. What is unqualified, and really spoiled the overall picture and our mood, is the lack of (hot) water before closing. Your son/daughter is standing in the shower, and suddenly the hot water dries up, and the cold water flows in big drops. Twice out of two times.🤔 When we asked about it, the answer was: you know, they told us, but those who could do something about it don't really pay attention to it, this is what happens in Vasvár. The place is otherwise calm and friendly, but please arrive early (we tried at least half an hour before closing time) to shower and get ready!🙄🙄🙄
It closed on September 15th and will reopen in May of next year. It would be nice if someone in charge would clarify this here too and it wouldn't seem like it's still open. All you need to do is enter this in front of the opening hours: Seasonal opening hours from May 15th (or 01st) to September 15th at the following times. You can add the daily opening hours here. So it was a disappointment!
A lovely little spa. The water is around 35 degrees Celsius, plus there's a large swimming pool and a paddling pool. We had a wonderful family day there. The prices were very reasonable. The snack bar is also very good, and the staff are very friendly.
There are only 3 pools, but the water is very pleasant and clean. It was not crowded even on a long weekend. Prices are completely fair. There are many benches and a shady area. Special beauty points go to the huge 60-year-old plane tree.
I felt very comfortable, the place was nice and the water was good, I could choose which one to bathe in if I was already cold, the cloakroom attendant was nice and helpful, thank you ❤️
