Overall, our stay at the Thermal Hotel Garden was a disappointment in many ways. The corridors were particularly cold, which is especially unpleasant in a wellness hotel. The wellness area is also practically unusable not only for children but also for adults, it is so small. It may seem like a small thing at breakfast, but the small bins on the tables were really missing. The staff's manners were not very hospitable either, and in the bar it regularly happened that two people went out for a cigarette break at the same time, so there was no one at the counter to serve us. Not everything was in order in our room either: the balcony door could hardly be opened, the curtain rail was stuffed with tissues, and the shower head in the bathroom was broken, water sprayed everywhere. Overall, we felt that the hotel was not prepared to handle negative feedback, and they did not strive to improve it, even though the place had a lot of potential. A restaurant should not only accept positive reviews, but also handle negative criticism constructively, not reacting to it with outrage. We would not recommend it to others, especially not to those who are looking for a real wellness experience and hospitality.

Excellent location, excellent food, comfortable rooms...the food is exceptionally good. The concept of the hotel is excellent. Swimming during the day, entertainment in the evening. Only one constructive criticism. There is not enough seating in the evening. This is quite unpleasant. I suggest the management think about this. We were forced to go up to our room on Saturday night. We would have liked to eat...but there was not a single chair where we could have sat. My other observation...their previous musician WAS MUCH BETTER. On the other hand, Jolly brought his form, he was very good.

A very modern hotel, tastefully decorated, with comfortable rooms, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The wellness area is simply wonderful, it offers complete relaxation. The food is delicious, the environment is calm and friendly. They pay attention to every detail, so it really is all about relaxation. We have returned here several times and are already planning our next visit.

We were very disappointed with the Hungaro Spa, even though we had traveled more than 200 km. We finally went back to the hotel after a few hours of "beaching". The time spent there made up for everything! The staff is very nice, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and clean and there are surprisingly many services. We were with three children, everyone had a great time! 5*
