We had a wonderful holiday here, and the Aqua Plus cottages are highly recommended! They have a swimming pool (1.20m deep, 3x5m), a sauna, and a 1.5-person whirlpool. The cottages are also nicely spacious, with a cooking island in the kitchen. There's a toilet downstairs, and a bathroom upstairs with another toilet. Two of the four rooms have air conditioning, but if you leave the doors open during the day, it cools the entire floor. Bedding and children's items (two stair gates, a toilet seat reducer, two potties, cribs, etc.) were included, even though we hadn't booked them. This was fantastic! We had a problem with a toilet, and within 10 minutes of calling, someone was there to fix it. Every other question we had was handled politely, kindly, and correctly. I can be brief about the location: the tourist attractions are further away, but don't let that deter you. Hungary offers pleasant roads and beautiful views. We will definitely return.

They could pay more attention to cleanliness, we cleaned the entire apartment right after our arrival, or we were too thorough or the cleaners were too lazy, but it seemed like it had been cleaned properly a long time ago. The most disappointing thing was the hygiene of the child's bed. They could provide a bag or something for those who come with a dog. Unfortunately, one of our neighbors, as a conscientious Hungarian dog owner, kept shitting his poodle in front of us. This is a serious inconvenience. It's true that this is not the fault of the operator, but they could figure something out if they allow it. The water in the pool was quite "turbid" and I put it very gently at the time. We have been here several times, there was no problem with the water until now, but now I feel like they sacrificed us on the altar of saving before the renovation. Thank you very much!

We stayed in pool house 109 from June 15-18! We had a great time, swam a lot and used the hot tub! The staff was excellent, very kind and helpful, the head waiter reserved the pool table for us to play as many students were on holiday during this time! I would like to thank you especially for your kindness and flexibility! The kitchen equipment in the house is a bit lacking, the knives are blunt maybe I can bring this up as a negative, and there is no air conditioning in the living room downstairs, so it was very hot while watching TV! I would only add that there is a TV in the living room, not in the rooms above, two of the four rooms have air conditioning! Unfortunately, the loudness of the many students was sometimes disturbing, this was the only thing I didn't like during our stay!

We went for New Year's Eve. 12.30- 01.02. The wellness was broken, the water was cold. There were 8 of us there once. We asked for lunch in advance, they said there was only a cold plate. The dinner was okay. Some people waited half an hour to get a seat. The breakfast was absolutely good, just the waiting.. The New Year's Eve show is more standard than our village days. The food was okay. The unlimited champagne, from the first bottle it was not only dry. The midnight dinner was small sausages😂 we couldn't find mustard. Unfortunately we don't want to go back. Even though it was on our bucket list to spend New Year's Eve with a show in a hotel once. Maybe it was good value for money, so I can't complain!

I can only write good things. The care is first class, the service is also good. Cleanliness, order, attention are evident. My only small problem was that the young people jumping in the water in the common wellness area should be warned to stay away from the kids. The pool is big, everyone could have fun to their heart's content. Apart from that, the place is so laid-back.
