Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today. We asked for an appointment to issue a tax certificate. The doctor said in a phlegmatic, unqualified voice that he was unwilling to issue one because I don't take the medication, I don't go for a scan. In vain I said that I haven't had any complaints for years and I'm fine, I don't want to live on medication and go for a scan unnecessarily. He said that I'm not sick then, he wouldn't issue the certificate. Of course, they kept the price of the examination, 25,000 HUF. I'm deeply outraged that if someone refuses to support the medication, they get this for 25,000. I don't know where you can find a doctor today whose main profile is not this, but who really heals! Unfortunately, I had an acquaintance who got even sicker from the side effects of the medication, and his condition didn't improve at all. Very sad! Let them be happy with the small tax credit that we didn't get because of that! The one star is because of the institution, quick appointment, fair, clean environment!
The doctor and customer service are correct, but the urologist's assistant could be a few degrees more empathetic, especially if we require PAID care, we don't tell a pregnant mother with kidney stones who is at risk that she was cleaning windows with a ladder when she was 8 months old and doesn't know why it's stressful to climb onto the examination table. They said this about the hospital's final report: extremely incomplete - yes, this is EXACTLY why we came here.. because at home it doesn't matter whether we pay for nothing on TB or masks for the above-mentioned experiences. K!!! this country is a big failure..
I was there with my family six months ago. We were satisfied then. Now only the cashier and the swimming instructor deserve recognition. The water in the pools and the air inside were cold, several families with small children complained about this. The self-service restaurant is a disaster, the meat and bean soup cubes in lukewarm water, with overcooked snail pasta, are inedible. The fried meat is tasteless. The fries are inferior. The stew is salty and overseasoned, the rice is overcooked. I do not recommend it.
More than 3 weeks ago I got an appointment to see a dermatologist to have several corns removed from my feet. When I made the appointment, I made it clear that they would remove them there as well. On the other hand, they prescribed a cream and recommended seeing a podiatrist. When I asked why they weren't removing them since that's why I came, I was told that it would take too long. In the end, it was really better for them to give me a paper-based diagnosis for 20 thousand, where they even swapped the feet.
It's clear the pools have seen their best days. For some reason, some of the slides are closed, and the pool restaurant closes at 4 p.m. It used to be much better here.
