Villa Szarvas

We were with a group of friends in May. The pool was not usable, even though the offer stated that the kids wouldn't even want to get out of it. The lady said she couldn't do anything about it. By the time I got there, she wasn't there. I tried to reach her by phone several times over the weekend, but I couldn't get through. We didn't get any help with the matter, of course they charged the full fee, which we had to pay in advance. We were very cheated, especially the kids. This attitude was incorrect, if they had told us in advance that there wouldn't be a pool, we would have gone at a different time. I don't recommend the place to anyone, because we didn't get the service described in the offer! Update to the answer: I am shocked to read their answer, which contains outright lies! We received the offer saying that the kids wouldn't even want to get out of the pool. I tried to call you twice over the weekend about the pool and my personal documents, you never answered the phone. I did everything I could to give you my personal documents. I consider the matter closed, in a competitive situation your attitude is not beneficial in the long run.

We were lucky enough to spend a few days in both the Szarvas and Békésszentandrás apartments. It is a wonderful place, with wonderful natural features and atmosphere. The very first time I was worried that it would be boring and that we would not be able to do anything, but there are many interesting things and things to discover in the area. The apartments are well equipped, clean, and sophisticated, and the water facilities, the pool, and the jacuzzi provided endless play opportunities for the children. The place can be a perfect choice for those who want to recharge and relax away from the noise of the world, without having to do without the tools of the modern world that we are used to at home.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, the services described in the offer were not available, the pool was not working, even though that was the only reason we went there. We reported our problem by email afterwards, but we were also threatened with being sued. The lady who handed over the house informed us that it was enough to give us the documents of 5 people (I think they didn't want to pay the IFA after the others, even though we had already paid them that), and afterwards they threatened to report us. For such a huge amount, we expected a kinder attitude, since we even offered our help to install the pool. Both the children and we were very disappointed.

We spent 2 nights in September in the villa and the Őzike guesthouse, a total of 16 people. All services worked properly, although the sauna got very cold after 2 quick door openings. Both houses were spotlessly clean. We received quick and satisfactory answers to any questions we had both during the booking process and during our stay. The surroundings of the house were wonderful as described, if the weather hadn't interfered, we might have been able to make even more use of the countless opportunities. Overall, I would gladly recommend it to anyone.

We celebrated my birthday here with 13 people, everything was simply perfect, we had a few requests that they readily helped with, and they were always happy to help us with everything! Cleanliness, quality, the boat, the pool, the rooms, everything was perfect!!! Thank you very much, I can only recommend it to everyone!!!!!!
