At this resort almost everything was perfect. Resort is beautiful, food is tasty, although breakfast was every day the same. But we didn't mind. Rooms are new, clean and beautiful, pool and spa is perfect. Evergreen services are top level. Special thanks to Miss Alexandra, young, kind and proffessional lady. She made me feel good and calm and the massage was just incredible. The only thing that i would say wasnt ideal were the waiters. Don't get me wrong, they were kind. But they came to our table maybe once in 40-60 minute time and we were the only people there. At that time there were 4-5 waiters. We felt like we bothered them when we ordered something. To be fair, the "older" ones worked their tables as they should. When they took care of us, everything was fine. So overall it was a nice vacation, definetely would come back.

The course is great. The layout is fun and challenging and the condition is good if its not wet. Greens are okay to good. Fairways are good, the ruff is punishing but fair, combining it with the undulating greens makes it challenging and fun. The rooms are ok, depending on what room and building you stay in. Some rooms suffer from poor water pressure, noisy ventilation systems while others are in top condition. The SPA is ok, nothing special. Some pools should have a little warmer water in general but mostly ok, except for the smell in the changing room. Not sure what happened there. The restaurant is *extremely* overpriced with low quality food and drinks. The service is abysmal. As a resort this really makes it a no-go. We ended up taking taxis to the local villages because we were hungry.

A great golf course designed by Trent Jones in a very nice resort. Very well maintained with fast greens and lots of bunkers. Its better to play with a buggy and play 18 holes. The personnel everywhere was excellent and the apartments luxurious with everything you need. The only thing that needs a lot of improvement is the restaurant in order to reach the same level of service. The prices are reasonable but the tastes and the selection is very limited for such a 5 stars golf resort. Even the breakfast buffet was very basic for that level of resort. In anyway is a great place to do your golf holidays and enjoy playing and relaxing with your friends and family. The spa and the pools area was also great. If the restaurant was better it could be a 5 stars review definitely.

I am absolutely amazed by Zala Springs Resort! Despite not being golfers ourselves, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can attest to the outstanding quality of everything - the overall resort, the rooms, the spa, the location, the restaurant and the service. Here a notable shoutout is Fanni at the reception who bent over backwards to ensure our stay was fantastic which really impressed us, she definitely is outstanding in her role! I, myself, am usually fiercely critical when staying in hotels but in Zala Resort I found nothing to be negative about which speaks for itself. Overall the place is truly a 5-star experience and we most definitely recommend it as we will be ourselves 100% returning in the future!

Traveling here to see family in Keszthely and am a big golfer from the US. Was very excited to play here but arrived to find out they have no left handed rental clubs. Even looking at the right handed sets they were very very low quality. What a small invest to make in order to be sure you have quality rental clubs for travelers. A big miss by this place and very unprofessional for a place that claims to be so prestigious. They didn’t offer me anything for sending me home without being able to play. I still had to go pay for my bottle of water that was 1,440 forint. This place looked like a fun course. I’ll never be back.
