Positive: The jacuzzi is cleaned before use, but there is no daily cleaning, so after the 3rd day we asked the owner to have someone clean it because it had become almost unusable and practically within 30 minutes the maintenance guy showed up and made the water clean. There is a sufficient amount of refrigerator compared to the capacity of the house, there is also a drinks refrigerator on the terrace so we didn't have to go there for that. The kitchen is also quite well equipped, but there are a lot of plastic plates and cups, I know it's a matter of taste but we don't like it. Negative: We were with a 2-year-old child and the accommodation is not at all baby-friendly. Concrete stairs and sharp, pointed furniture everywhere. The whole house was very dirty, there is only a trace of cleaning where the priests dance, but if you move a small table away, the reality becomes clear. We spent 5 days there, on the day of our arrival the bed linen of the guests before us was washed, and on the day of our departure it was waiting outside on the back terrace in the dryer to be taken off, so 5 days of dust and neighborhood cat rubbing await the next guest who will arrive after us. The cleaning fee is 20,000 HUF, but the guest has to tidy the kitchen before leaving because the cleaners don't have time for it. I suggest that the owner calculates the cleaning fee into the already not cheap accommodation fee, so this request will be less strange. The old rooms have mosquito nets but the new part doesn't, so we scratched all night, the small clear red spot and I don't think it's from mosquitoes, but since you can bring a pet, I think it must be fleas, very unpleasant by the way, we barely slept. Half of the garden is occupied by a tobacco tree, which nicely covers the terrace but the yard is already very cramped. The gas stove in the outdoor kitchen didn't work perfectly, the oven part didn't work at all. And the gas stove part didn't work in the indoor kitchen. So we had to drag the food back and forth to get it ready. The garden is not next to the water's edge, which is a bit misleading based on the description. It's not far, max 100 meters, but it's important information for those who want to fish, and you could only catch a dwarf catfish, not a great fishing experience.

The accommodation is well laid out, almost every room has a separate bathroom. So it is comfortable even with a large family. The beds are old (except for the ones on the ground floor), some of them creaked a lot, you could even hear them in the other room. There is a large staircase that has no railing on one side, which is a bit dangerous. Unfortunately, the property was terribly dirty, everything was full of dust, cobwebs, etc. Apart from changing the bed linen, nothing was cleaned in front of us. Despite the fact that you have to pay a cleaning fee. There is a trampoline and a swing in the yard, which is a great advantage with children, and a nice large terrace where you can have lunch and dinner together. There is also an outdoor kitchen, which was quite dirty. The accommodation provides everything (gas, wood, etc.) for outdoor grilling. It has its own pier, but the plot is not connected to the water. Unfortunately, the dirt really spoiled the enjoyment of the property, although it is a guesthouse with really good features.

dirty, bed was torn, rooms had fans instead of the mentioned air conditioners, there was a cockroach on the terrace. If you want to fish, don't come here because if you sit on the beach for a year, you won't be able to get out of the boat again🤣
