Þelamerkur sundlaug
Very nice and cozy swimming pool. It has nice hot and quite large swimming pool which is great in the colder seasons, Two hot tubs, sauna and a water slide. In the parking area you can also find a small playground for kids as well as a small football pitch with artificial grass. The only down side to this swimming pool is the price and the opening hours. Could be little less pricy and also open sooner.
Great pool to chill in with young kids. The slide is easy for down to 3 year olds to go alone and the pool below is shallow enough for my 4 year old to touch the bottom and warm enough for parents for hang out in if needed. Some toys available and two hot tubs along with a steam room. The pool itself is quite warm and not really suitable for swimming much, but great to chill in and play.
....a very nicely situated complex of thermal pools - unique climate, glass fence and wild Icelandic nature ... in the evening, the sky is beautifully lit with stars, sometimes beautiful northern lights. I highly recommend this pool. Since it's off the beaten track, not many people come here! #direction_spain_across_iceland yt @dana_and_kris
Great pool with good temperature and two baths with 38 and 42 degrees. These temperature are really, outside above 0°C. There is sauna (steam) and small water slide. Area is very clean with view to river and mountains.
A gem in Eyjafjörður and favored by locals. Usually the water is really warm, not suitable for competitive swimming but great for relaxing and for young kids. Geothermal water from a we'll nearby.
