Once you reach the third floor, you will find the hot spring reception desk and pay at the entrance. Credit cards and Suica cards are accepted. The spring water is slightly acidic with sodium chloride. The water is lukewarm and has a slightly salty, bitter-sweet magnesium-like taste. There is also a slight chlorine smell. There is a semi-open-air bath and an indoor bath, a Goemon bath, a waterfall bath, a cold bath, and a sauna. The bathing fee is 1,100 yen, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, drinking water is free, and towels are available for a fee. There is a bus stop right in front, although there are not many buses.

ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki 1-16-1 Aoshima, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture Day-use Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Adults: ¥1,100 Aoshima Onsen is a mildly alkaline sodium chloride bicarbonate hot spring. It offers a spacious and open-air hot spring with a panoramic view of the Hyuga-Nada Sea. ✨ Relax and refresh in the large public bath, waterfall bath, sauna, and various other baths. 😊 We highly recommend this hot spring for its panoramic views of the blue Pacific Ocean. 😄

If you look carefully on our website, there is a coupon available to use the day-trip hot spring for 800 yen instead of 1100 yen. Towel rental is 150 yen. Since it is a natural hot spring, it feels nice and slippery, but I don't particularly recommend it because the pool is small.

The building itself may be a little old, but it doesn't feel unpleasant. The large public bath and buffet have a luxurious feel. Speaking of luxury, I wish there was one outstanding feature that would make an impact.

The hot springs are good. The morning buffet has some Miyazaki-style dishes, so it's good for visitors from other prefectures. However, the taste is average.
