I've used other places and this one happened to be nearby, so I visited. It might be okay if your only goal is to sweat. However, the explanations are terrible. I wanted everything explained at once, but there were too many explanations given later. The clothing was quite worn and the fabric was very thin; those with larger busts will need to wear a camisole underneath, otherwise their chest shape will be visible. Because it's a mixed-gender facility, not only was the clothing a concern, but the groaning of older men and women in the room was distracting and prevented me from relaxing at all. The rental towels were rough and smelled strongly of chlorine bleach, which made me feel sick. An employee suddenly came in and started splashing water, and also entered the shower booth in the changing room without checking. I thought that was unacceptable. (The shower booth only has a partition on the side, so you're completely exposed; they should at least put up a curtain.) I couldn't relax at all, so I couldn't stay in for two hours. The Machida branch offers completely private rooms, thick clothing, and fluffy towels (they even lend out bath towels). They always announce before entering the room when they're going to sprinkle mineral water. I think the Machida branch is definitely better for younger people and couples.

I visited for the first time yesterday. The staff were all very kind, and the stone bath was incredibly relaxing. I was amazed by the improvement in my skin condition the next day and how much the swelling in my face had subsided. After showering and washing my body, I could spend two hours in the stone bath. The stone bath is like a hot stone sauna, a warm room with the entire floor covered in stones, where you can lie down and relax. The temperature was around 40 degrees Celsius and the humidity was quite high, so I sweated profusely. I felt like all the bad toxins in my body had been completely detoxified. This is repeated every 5-10 minutes, and personally, I found it more comfortable than a sauna. However, I did sweat more than in a sauna. Also, I was amazed at how good my skin was both that day and the next. At the same time, the swelling in my face and legs really disappeared, so I think it would be good for people before an important day or for those who want regular maintenance. I plan to go again next month. It was truly wonderful, so I asked the staff for photos and have them posted here. I hope this will be helpful for anyone considering going.

My first visit to a new private sauna in my hometown ♨️ The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the two hours flew by. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much. It's not a bad thing, but I did have one request: - The hair dryer in the changing room had a weak airflow. → I think many people would be happy if this was improved (I'm a guy, by the way). That was my only concern, but everything else was perfect. I'll definitely visit again soon.

It feels amazing to work up a sweat. It's easier than a sauna. They offer unlimited hydrogen water and salt, so it's easy to recharge your minerals. The old man in the bath sometimes snores loudly, so if that bothers you, it's best to go on ladies' day. I know I shouldn't rinse it off before leaving, but my head gets so hot I feel dizzy, so just like in a sauna, a quick cold shower helps me feel more at ease. I've been twice, and I'd like to go again soon. (*´-`)

I feel refreshed after the bedrock bath, so overall I'm satisfied. I use this facility often, so I'd like to write a request for improvement. First of all, I would like bath towels to be included in the set, but if that's difficult given the price, I would like the amenities to be more comprehensive. It would be helpful if there was face wash, lotion, and disposable body wash.
