嵐の湯 多古店

It seemed to have a good reputation, so I gave it a try. I've only ever tried saunas, but I thought I'd give it a try! I bought a 2,300 yen ticket at the reception and told the manager it was my first time. He kindly explained everything to me. I thought it was a bedrock bath, but it turned out to be a medicinal stone bath. I didn't know the difference, so I decided either was fine. I changed into my work clothes in the changing room and took a sip of water. To get to the bath, I had to open two doors, passing through a vestibule-like room. I opened the first door. It was already hot and humid, and it was stuffy. It was even more humid than a sauna. The second door opened into a large gravel-covered space. The spaces were divided by low partitions, and my spot was at the very back. I lay down, digging and pushing the gravel to fit my body. Sweat began pouring out of me. I started with a medicinal stone bath for 10 minutes. My work clothes were soaked with sweat, which was a bit embarrassing. But that's the kind of place it is. I'll ignore it for today. Lying down in the outdoor rest area under an overcast sky, the breeze feels pleasant. After a short rest, I begin the second round. This time, I shorten the medicinal stone bath time and take longer breaks. With each round, the breaks get longer and longer. Is this what they mean when they say I'm in balance? The breaks feel good... but won't the effects weaken if I rest too much? However, all in all, I spent about two hours there and drank 1.5 liters of water. I think I've detoxified quite a bit. I feel like my back pain has eased, if not surprisingly.
An acquaintance told me about it, so I went there in the morning at first, but it felt like a daily hangout spot for local regulars. I felt it was loved by the locals. Personally, the refreshing morning is nice, But the relaxed, laid-back time after 4 PM is more relaxing, I go once or twice a week. If I can't go on a certain day, I feel exhausted. This is just my personal opinion, but my severe atopic dermatitis symptoms have improved. My breathing has become easier with my bronchitis asthma. Arashi no Yu also has an all-you-can-drink hydrogen water dispenser... I drink the more than 30 types of ionized mineral water that I bring with me. My friends and acquaintances with incurable illnesses, illnesses that doctors have given up on, specific diseases, and various other concerns all come here together. My colleagues in Yokohama and Tokyo also say they want to come here regularly. I'm grateful to have found this wonderful place.
I was so relaxed! This mineral bedrock bath? is really good! I'm not usually the type to sweat even in a sauna, but this time I worked up a sweat! By the time I got back, my body felt so light, even though I had felt so heavy... I must have detoxed! I'm planning to go once a month from now! However, I felt that it was a bit of a shame that men and women can use the same area without distinction. In a way, it's great because families can use it together, but honestly, from a woman's perspective, the noise of the men's movements and groans were a bit irritating. There was a women's-only area, but it was just separated off at the end and it was the same space, so it didn't really feel like much. I honestly found it uncomfortable to have men looking at my face as they moved around. This is just my personal opinion, so it might be fine for people who don't mind...
A combination of hot springs, mist saunas, and bedrock bathing. With its rural scenery and gentle breeze, this is the perfect location for outdoor bathing. There is no bathtub, so it's not for people who want to soak in hot springs, but if you like saunas and bedrock baths, this medicinal stone bath is well worth trying. It's a mixed-gender bath, and combined with the roadside station opposite, it's also recommended as a quick weekend date out. I was glad that the staff member gave me thorough guidance when I told them it was my first time. I'd like to make an opportunity to go again.
I went there on the morning of a substitute holiday. I love visiting public baths and saunas, but I've never tried a bedrock bath...it was my first time trying a medicinal stone bath!! The staff member was very helpful and gave me detailed instructions! My nose is stuffy all year round, but it cleared up! It was just as I expected, and I was surprised that my feet became so smooth. I was very satisfied. (The only downside was that other customers were reserving spots in the rest area.) I'll definitely go again!
