Azumaya

This inn is located in the secluded hot spring resort of Mito Onsen. Mito Onsen's spring waters are rich in metasilicic acid. The water feels slimy when you enter. At first, I was worried I'd forgotten to rinse off the soap. Apparently, the water is alkaline, although not as alkaline as soap. The temperature was a little on the high side. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioner was a little loud, waking me up several times during the night. Those who are sensitive to noise should be careful. For dinner, I ordered a slightly more luxurious course meal. I was satisfied with being able to eat so much delicious food. As you'd expect from Masuda, it came with sweetfish. The service was polite, and there were small touches of kindness throughout, making for a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to visit again.

The hot springs, food, and staff were all wonderful! ✨ The hot springs were smooth and refreshing. Dinner was a luxurious combination of fish, meat, and vegetables, and I was very satisfied! !! We had planned to have dinner just once during our two-night stay, but it was so delicious...I asked for dinner the next day, and they gladly accommodated! 😢 We stayed with our dog, and it was a comfortable stay. There were Shiba Inu-related tourist attractions and a beautiful river nearby, so we enjoyed it! Nana, the mascot dog, welcomed us! 🐕 ͗ ͗ I recommend this inn, whether you're traveling with a dog or not! ✨ Thank you for a wonderful time!

June 19, 2024. I'd heard of Mito Onsen for quite some time, but I finally got to visit... I was soothed by the quiet, rustic atmosphere. The staff at Azumaya Ryokan, who took care of us, were very friendly. The hot spring water felt wonderful on the skin, and the food was delicious, allowing us to relax and unwind... It seems they mainly have Japanese-style rooms, but they kindly prepared a simple bed for my companion who has a weak back, which was a great help.

one of the best experience ever in our journey！ It’s a peaceful and quiet village, the hotel is clean and the Okami is a very nice and caring lady, we have been taken care of a lot by her. I’m a Shiba Inu lover so we came Mito to visit ISHI. surprisingly there is a adorable Shiba Inu Nana, she is so cute, and she is a good helper for entertaining the guests! we have an extremely good time here, we recommend you to come to the hotel when you visit Mito.

It was my first time staying overnight with my family 🐶🐶. 😊 It's a very warm and welcoming inn. It's run by a kind couple ✨️ The food was delicious and the hot spring was thick and felt great on my skin. My dog was also loved and we had a great time chatting ✨️ The mascot dog, Nana-chan, even came out 💖 I'd love to stay with everyone again 😊 Thank you so much ✨️✨️
