Beni Sanzashi

I went there for the first time around noon, so I'm writing this as a record. I went on a weekday, a Tuesday. It was crowded. I waited about an hour to two hours. Apparently, if you have a membership card, you can make reservations on weekdays only, and you get the benefit of an extra hour free of charge. This time, I'll be introducing Cosmos, which I was lucky enough to get a spot while I was getting my membership card. The price was 2,800 yen, and my stay was about an hour and a half. I went alone, so I feel like I splurged... (--;) but I was able to relax very well. There are three baths, each with a different temperature. Try to find one you like. The indoor bath was around 37 degrees (feels like it), the open-air ceramic bath was around 35 degrees, and the open-air tub was around 40 degrees, so they were warmer than the other two. Since you'll be staying for a long time, I think a lukewarm bath is a good idea. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, and they lend you a hair dryer when you enter. Oh, first you can get some juice at the cafe near the entrance, so don't forget to get some on your way home ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ I'm glad I was able to go in today. I'll go again.

Visited on a weekday Wednesday. This was my first experience with a family bath. Initially, I had planned to stop by another large bath, but decided against it, thinking there would be too many and I wouldn't be able to relax. I looked at the website and decided on this one. After a 30-minute wait, I was able to enter. It was much more spacious than it looked in the photos, and because it's a free-flowing bath, the water was overflowing, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" I was able to use it for two hours on a weekday for the same price. I was relieved to hear that they cleaned the room after each customer. This is Ishikirimaru's room! The yellow wintersweet flowers were in bloom, which was wonderful. The two female staff members were very gentle and kind. I'd like to go again on a weekday if possible! I'm so glad my family bath debut was at Beni Sanzasan!

We happened to drive by this place and decided to stop by to see if there were any rooms available, luckily there was one left so we ended up booking it for an hour. The front receptionist was super kind and with our limited Japanese, he was incredibly helpful and just an amazing person. The rooms themselves were great. The hot spring water was super refreshing and felt very silky. You get to have the room for an hour, the only option left for us at the time cost about 3,000 yen. A hair dryer is also included and there are towels available for rent if you don't have one. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip, so happy we randomly came across it while driving through the area. Will hopefully return someday!

I went on a Sunday afternoon 🚗 ³₃ I was prepared for a wait, but luckily there was a spot available, so I soaked in the Yamazakura room ♨ The time was one hour. It was 3,300 yen. It was clean and well-maintained 🙆♀️ There was a tatami changing room...or rather, a room large enough for a break. It was a great room with two indoor baths and one outdoor bath ❣️ The water was neither too hot nor too lukewarm, just right 💮 and my skin felt so smooth ✨I'd definitely come back here again.

As it's a famous place, reservations were fully booked! While you're waiting, you can kill time by touring the nearby shrines or eating the local specialty xiaolongbao at the shop below the parking lot, so I recommend coming on a day when you have plenty of time.
