Business Hotel Goi Onsen

I arrived in Ichihara City on Friday, December 5, 2025. 🚙〰️ I stayed here last night. 🏨♨️💤🚙 I parked my car in Parking Lot 1 and checked in. 🅿️🚙 I selected the amenities next to the front desk before heading to my room. 🪑🏃 I immediately headed to the large hot spring bath inside the hotel. 🏨♨️🏃🎶 There are two baths: an indoor bath with heated water and a semi-open-air bath with the dark Goi Onsen water. ♨️You can relax in either bath. ♨️☺️ The room was clean, and it was quiet at night, so I got a good night's sleep. 💤😌 This morning, I started my day with a morning bath. 🌄♨️☺️💞 Breakfast was filled with delicious dishes and a selection of local specialties. I enjoyed TKG (rice with raw egg on top) to my heart's content 🥗🍳🍚🥚🍚🤤💖

A business hotel with a natural hot spring and a combination of traditional Japanese inn and dormitory accommodations at reasonable prices. ◇The bathroom has about 10 washbasins, and the faucets are not self-closing, so you can enjoy a refreshing shower. ◇The indoor bath is not a hot spring. ◇The open-air bath is so dark and viscous that you can't see the floor. ◇It leaves your skin feeling smooth, but the water is around 42°C, so you may get a cold if you soak for more than 10 minutes. ◇The open-air bath has three stools. ◇There is no sauna.

Natural onsen in Goi. I didn't use the hotel, only the onsen. The onsen was nice, with a large shower space, an indoor pool and an outdoor natural pool with deep black waters. It was nice and relaxing with a subtle smell. Only complaint with the Onsen is that the change room was very small. Milk vending machines are available, and the hotel has a restaurant as well. Cost was 600 yen, plus 160 extra for a towel. This hotel is very far from the nearest station but it's worth the trip.

It's a low-key hotel that is efficiently run. Service was friendly and great. I think the on-site onsen is the attraction here, it had a small outdoor section with a heavy red mineral bath. It is more of a small family-run operation than a large Japanese business hotel like APA or Toyoko. The location is a big dealbreaker though, as it's not close to transport (Goi Station was about 30-45 minutes walking).
