There was a big sign saying "Daito Onsen," but there was only one... It's a really messed up hot spring facility. Isn't it too far from the entrance to the hotel lobby? There were dull artificial flowers everywhere, but they should be replaced or removed... There was a strange tunnel at the hotel entrance and lots of them on the roof of the open-air bath 💧 The staff were very friendly ︎︎👍 Good. I really enjoyed the hot springs and sauna.

I went to the hot spring for a day trip. The water quality is quite similar to the famous Bansei Onsen in Hokkaido, which is quite rare. However, recently the water has often been diluted, so there are days when I can't enjoy the natural spring quality, which is a shame. Since the spring has such unique qualities, I wish they would make more of an effort to make the water even better.

This hot spring is the real thing. Its color is dark red and it has a good flavor. I assume this onsen comes from more than 1,500 meters deep. In addition, this resort is a great place to surf. I enjoyed surfing with the help of Swell Shop. This is my first time in Kakegawa, and I hope many people come to enjoy the onsen and surfing!

You can enjoy both public bath and small swimming pool with 510 yen if you have your swimming wear. There is a nice surf shop to sell boards and swimming gear in this facility. Beach volley ball, grass ground golf, and BBQ are also available, but too windy to enjoy them in winter. No public transportation to reach there.

Went there during COVID emergency state so the camping place was particularly quiet. Nevertheless, everyone at the onsen was very accommodating and helpful.
