大江戸温泉物語 ホテルレオマの森 Hotel Reoma-no-Mori, shikoku used to provide free shuttle bus from as far as Osaka. We took this offer and found the journey was about four hours, and the hotel, I believe used to be "grand" many moons ago. We were impressed , especially, the first visit, with the unlimited crabs dinner. We have revisited 2 more times since, despite the missing crabs, still enjoyed the visit. The hotel provides optional day excursions , they are not to be missed.

We booked this room because of Reoma world and it is walking distance to both the dry park and water park. The room is quite spacious and has toys for my son to play. Good customer service prior to arrival as I have to order a birthday cake and the reception was very helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet was awesome. Reoma park itself was very fun. Highly recommend for family to stay here and to go to Reoma world.

Nice buffet and friendly staff. Unfortunately this is the first hotel room I've been to in over 10 years with no room Wi-Fi. The fact that my phone service reception went to nearly zero didn't help matters at all. I had to go to the hotel lobby to get any reception. It's odd that some super low quality hotels have Wi-Fi at the bare minimum, but this place doesn't.

Dated facilities with crowded areas and many children. The staff were super friendly and willing to help, although they speak limited English. The view is good but only visible from the front door. The breakfast buffet is perfect for experiencing Japanese-style meals.

Hotel building is not new but room space is wide enough. Bathroom in each room is a little bit old style and somewhere not so functional, however hotel has public big bath which may good but I did not go due to no time. Staff service and attitude were nice.
