Fukunoyu Kasuga

I came here because I heard they had a hot stone bath. It was the weekend, so it was incredibly crowded. 😅 The beef kalbi bowl was a little sweet, but the free extra portion was nice. The hot stone bath has walls and private rooms, creating a wonderful space! ❗️ The relaxation room is a little small, but the bunk-bed-like layout is a great touch. ✨️ There are plenty of charging outlets, and the fact that you can use Type-C is great. There are various types of baths, and the open-air bath has a TV and is warm enough that you can relax even on a cold day. The hot stone bath closes at 3:00 PM, but please note that it's open until 2:00 AM.

The set of bathing + bedrock bathing + meal is a great deal. The meals are great as you can try any dish from the menu, and you can also choose a set of soba noodles and rice bowls, and the area where you can read manga and other things is only open to bedrock bath users, so I think it's essential if you plan to stay for a long time. Having just been renovated, the facility is fairly clean and there are a decent variety of baths. No matter what you look at, there are few things to dislike, and I think you'll be very satisfied if you go at an off-peak time.

This is not an onsen!!!! It is the worst place ever with the worst customer service I have ever visited in Japan! The manager is very racist and not very smart at all. I think the best thing would be if they close this place down! I love onsens in Kyushu but this one is an embarrassment to the onsen industry!!!!

Tattoos aren't allowed, and the staff didn't speak english. But my husband and I got a private room for 2700 yen for 60min. It was great! The staff were very friendly, and the private rooms are really awesome. Had our own shower, toilet, TV, and couch. Even though we spent all our time in the onsen.

This hotel discriminates based on race. If you don't speak Japanese, they won't let you in even with a confirmed reservation. It's the worst hotel. 最低だよ
