This natural hot spring is incredibly cheap, even within Matsuyama city limits. It has ample parking and is very convenient. While the water quality isn't exceptional, considering the price, it's perfectly acceptable. However, the biggest drawback is that there are only two hair dryers in the women's bath.
The bathing area isn't too big. It has a sauna, a cold bath, and all the basic facilities, so I personally find it satisfying. It gets quite crowded in the evening, so I recommend going before then. You can also use Fuji's parking lot, so you won't have any trouble if you come by car.
