Gokurakuyu super public bath

For those planning to enter with ink: まじで泣きたいほどに犯罪者のように扱われました。 Not only will the staff kick you out of the bath area, they will make sure you leave the premises like you’re a criminal. I had the pleasure of being continuous told off “in Japanese” to pretty much gtfo. There’s no logic to it, as they refuse to let me be inside even AFTER WEARING CLOTHES, sitting in the restaurant area. Furthermore they refuse to give me my money back!! Just go to a regular onsen for under 1000 yen, and save the trouble dealing with untrained staff. 0/10.
I visit today alone. Hot spa is not so busy. Inside is very nice ant clean. If you have Tattoo in your body this place is banded for you. In side the hot spa restaurant available you can use vendor for water japanese jasmine tea free of cost. Here is some photographs for price.
This indoor and outdoor public bath offers a very pleasant experience as usual in Japan. But I could feel a strong degree of minimizing the expenses : no bath towels not even for rent, no individual plates at the restaurant. This reduced significantly my satisfaction.
Little bit crowded on weekends and there is no place to sit and chill after the bath.
clean and nice hot sauna. restaurant is relax.

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
