The first one appears to have a pH of 8, while the second is 7.5. I was only able to use the first (indoor bath), but the water was smooth and beautiful, and the quality was excellent. While the roadside station itself is large, there are several parking lots, so you'll need to consider where to park. It also appears to serve as a sleeping area for truckers. While the location is a bit remote, it's a great value, with good dining options and a relaxing day out.

You can enjoy the hot springs with just a towel! Bathing @ 600 yen. You can also stop off mid-trip and do some shopping at the adjacent roadside station "Haga." Many people spend the night in their cars at the roadside station. It seems convenient. There are two hot springs: one with an open-air bath and bubble bath, and the other with a large indoor bath. In the open-air bath, hot spring water has accumulated in the rocks like stalactites, a sign of hot springs. The water is black and shiny. It was a very satisfying open-air hot spring. The open-air bath is slightly warm, making it perfect for half-body baths and long soaks. The indoor bath is warmer than the open-air bath. You'll start sweating immediately. This is a hot spring facility with a pleasant bathing experience. I was able to enjoy the hot springs with just a towel, thanks to the two hot springs in one facility. It was wonderful. There is also a rest area and a dining area, and it wasn't too crowded, so it was a nice change of pace. The counter seats in the rest area have outlets and Type A USB ports, which can be used free of charge.

The indoor baths are heated and come in four varieties (golden bath, flowing water bath, bubble bath, and cold bath). The sauna and open-air bath are 42-43°C. There aren't many hot baths, and the sauna is compact, with only six people, but it's a bargain at just 600 yen, so it's understandable. 😢

I used the bath on December 27, 2025. The hot water was good. However, there's nothing more to say about it. The facilities weren't exactly clean, and the steamy bath area was almost like a thick fog. Currently, the open-air bath uses well water. As far as I could see, the milk was in cartons, not bottles. There weren't many unique items to buy either. I found it a little disappointing. However, the water in the indoor bath was good. That alone is worth a rating.

It's been years since I last came to the hot springs. This hot spring has an indoor bath, a bubble bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, and a cold bath. The open-air bath is at just the right temperature of 40°C, so you can relax and enjoy a long soak. The water is a little brownish, and it's said to be good for your skin. Today, there was a slight breeze, and the blue sky was visible through the clouds. It felt so good that I ended up soaking for a long time.
