¥600 (Part of the 88 Baths Tour) The hot spring was as small and hot as I'd heard. I couldn't find a parking spot, so I parked in a nearby coin parking lot. There was a sign at the entrance indicating the parking location. Be careful, as the roads in the area are narrow. The changing room was only big enough for two people, there were no lockers, the bath was small enough for 3-4 people, and the washing area was small enough for 3-4 people. There was no shampoo or shower or faucet, so you had to rinse off with a bucket. The hot spring gurgles out at regular intervals. The first time I soaked, it was quite hot, but after about 5 minutes, I got out and took a break, and from the second time onwards, it was quite comfortable. It was after 1:00 PM on a weekday, and I entered just as many foreign tourists as I did, and by the time I left, there were only 2-3 people there. It seemed to be mostly locals. Reception will keep your valuables safe.
Visited in December 2025. I washed my body before bathing, but had to pour hot water over myself. The faucet was broken and no water came out. Hot water overflowed from the men's bath and dripped down the floor into the women's bath. The soles of my feet were always hot. My nails hurt too. I managed to bathe while folding my arms in front of my chest to protect my heart. Hot spring water is poured into the bathtub about once every 30 minutes. It's always hot. On cooler days or after rain, the water temperature would probably be more comfortable. I feel like it would be easier if the bathtub was at least shallower. While I was bathing, I thought it would be difficult to repeat the experience, but after changing and waiting a while, my body felt lighter. I wish I could at least use water in the bathroom.
Personally, I think this is the hot spring in Fukuoka City. It's like a bathtub in the garden of an apartment building. Apparently it was handmade by the owner. The chloride spring water is drinkable, and cups are provided in the bath area. The source temperature is nearly 50°C, and it's quite hot, as it's poured directly from the source. You really need to be determined to get in. I imagine it would be quite tough to soak in the cold winter. The bathing fee has increased, but it's still 600 yen. They don't provide shampoo or other amenities, so you'll need to bring your own if needed. This hot spring, which first emerged when a well was dug, has a history of about 60 years. It's one of Kyushu's 88 hot springs, and is located in a residential area near the Sanyo Shinkansen tracks.
I visited this hot spring the other day. The bathtub is small, but the water was very gentle and comfortable on my body, completely soothing my daily fatigue. The temperature was just right, and I was able to warm up slowly, which was a wonderful experience. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet and calming, making it a perfect space for hot spring lovers. The staff were also friendly, and I enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend this hot spring to anyone looking to refresh their body and mind, or to those looking to enjoy a quiet hot spring.
If you're using it alone, it's perfect (5 stars) or better!! Good luck to you... Trust me, it's a place you can go to in a quiet residential area. Such luck!!! If you live in Idongne, this is a place you have to visit every day. Be sure to check the operating hours first!! Like, if there were 6 stars, I'd give it 6... Just think, "I might be alone today." And experience it. ^^**
