NOT FOR KIDS! Won’t go back. Travelled a long way coz of the high rating in google map. Zero star is good! I have 4 kids and we always go to onsen but this is the 1st time we have experienced such a hideous place. They refused to let a 2year old toddler get in the bath and any place else inside the premises. At 1st, the receptionist said that they don’t allow kids who is not potty-trained. My husband and I took turns in looking after our 2yo kid. We tried to go inside the waiting room, but staff wont let us in for the same reason. Staff is not that all accommodating too. Specially the receptionist.

Cameto this resort because its a one day type of thing. The staff check your temperature when getting the show storage key. The next set of staff that offer you room wear if you choose to try out the hot rooms with rocks were super friendly and helpful. For the men's hot spring, they have indoor and outdoor ones. When you're done relaxing in the hot sorio, head over to the hot rooms and sweat it out. After that you can use the massage chairs or sit and relax reading your favorite manga/magazine with free refreshments.

Well and remarkable, most of all enjoy who will come. But there are staff at this ♨ spa usually lady. That does not really entertain to guests. And please do not look in the right person who is thinking badly. In the bureaus you give importance to your workplace. For the sake of the spa resort.

The outside onsen is probably the best garden bath I probably went to (artificially made). However, there are other onsen who offer wi-fi, better nap areas and relaxation areas. Surprised wifi isn't free, and you have to pay extra to access the rock bath / manga / massage chair lounges

The best place I have ever had in kumagaya. You can't pay with credit card for hot springs but u can pay for drink and food. The massage was very expensive. The quality of food was great also parking space was good
