Hari Spa Land, Natural Hot Spring

Visited in October 2025. I knew it had been there for a while, but this was my first time. Although it is a simple hot spring, the water had a nice, slimy feel that gave it a nice hot spring feel. I visited in the middle of the night, and as expected, given the location, there were a lot of people there. There are indoor and outdoor baths. There is a sauna, and you can relax in the open-air space. There is no mention of water addition (I'm not sure as the amount of water coming out is quite large), heating (the water temperature is low so it must be heated), disinfection (it had a strong disinfectant smell), or circulation filtration (there was an intake port inside the bath).

They dont speak english and are not fluent with google translate (yes...you need to know it) So we thought we were renting the towls, and actualy you buy them Then when my oartner went in, after he was naked and on his way ti the showers the staff sent him out because of a very small tatoo. It was humiliating. Then the staff woman came to me when i was allready naked heading to the showers and wanted to chexk if i had any tatoo This was a very bad experience for both of us. I have no tatoo and i stayed.. The washing area is the least nice ive seen in japan so far. No cream for you when you go out. The place almost empty, in the evening...so that shows a lot too

The indoor bath is large enough for five people to stretch out their legs, a cold water bath large enough for one person, and a small sauna. The outdoor bath is large enough for three adults to stretch out their legs. Shampoo and body soap are provided. There were two hair dryers and cotton swabs at the sink. Given the size of the bath, I wonder if it would be too large for more than 10 people? The bathing fee of 800 yen (towels not included) seemed expensive given the size of the facility.

I stopped by Hari Onsen Land, located near Hari Interchange on the Meihan Expressway. It's located inside the Hari Terrace roadside station, making it extremely convenient to access. The facility is a little old, but it's clean and has a calming atmosphere that's relaxing. There's an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, and a cold bath, and the open-air bath is especially great for bathing while gazing at the starry sky.

Used it to sleep in my car at Hari Terrace. The biggest attraction is that it opens at 7 AM! I used it for the morning bath, but it was empty! Why was it so empty on a Saturday? I imagined these kinds of facilities would always be packed! It's a shame, because Hari Terrace itself was packed. It's a natural hot spring with an open-air bath, sauna, and cold bath. The price is 800 yen. I think it's pretty good.
